• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
• No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
• Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.
• The operator and suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines, or dress codes.
• Children requiring a separate seat will be charged as per applicable rates.
• Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
• Unless stated as private, all tours and transfers operate on a shared basis.
• Waiting time may occur during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays.
• Seat allocation is subject to availability and first-come, first-served basis.
• Schedules and routes are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
• For scheduled transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
• Operational days are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 5.30-11.30 P.M. 
• Show time is at 8:30 PM
• Infants under 100 cm or 3'3" height are free of charge and will not be provided with seats in the Paradium.
• Children are those between 101-140 cm (3'3'' – 4'7'') in height and will be charged child rate.
• Kids Club located inside the park.
• Standard Ticket: Includes admission to the show, River Carnival Parade, and Kingdom of Lights.
• Royal Seat Ticket: Offers premium seating inside the River Palace Paradium with the best views.
• Show + Dinner Ticket: Adds an international buffet dinner at the Bird of Paradise restaurant (served 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
• All seats are pre-assigned at booking, not first-come, first-served.
• The sharing transfers areas will be Kata , Karon and Patong.
