Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Jaipur – Check-in – Visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, and evening visit to Chokhi Dhani (optional)

Begin your holiday in Jaipur. After a smooth transfer and hotel check-in, set out to discover the pink city’s architectural marvels, such as the grand City Palace, the astronomical marvel of Jantar Mantar, and the iconic Hawa Mahal. Later, you can enjoy an optional tour of Chokhi Dhani, a traditional Rajasthani village, where you can watch cultural performances and savor an authentic Rajasthani dinner.

Day 2

Jaipur full Day Sightseeing

Today’s highlight is a full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur’s best-known delights and best-kept secrets. Visit the majestic Amber Fort, admire the serene Jal Mahal that sits amid Man Sagar Lake, and wander the bustling bazaars featuring traditional crafts and souvenirs, among others.

Day 3

Jaipur – Ranthambore (200 Kilometers)

Following a fulfilling breakfast and the hotel check-out, head out on a scenic drive to Ranthambore, home to one of India’s largest national parks. Upon arrival, check in to your room and relax or take time to explore the region’s natural wonders.

Day 4

Ranthambore – Agra

Today, you’ll journey to Agra, about 300 kilometers away. Enjoy a pleasant drive, absorbing the lush landscapes that unfold along the way. Finally, settle into your room or opt for a tour of the region’s most iconic attractions, such as the Taj Mahal.

Day 5

Agra – Delhi

Check out of your hotel and join our representative for a stress-free drive to Delhi, which is over 200 kilometers away. After a prompt hotel check-in, unwind in your room or prepare for an optional tour of the capital city’s top attractions, or simply explore its culinary scene.

Day 6

Departure from Delhi

As the final day of your holiday, you will complete the check-out procedures before enjoying a stress-free transfer to the airport or railway station.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
