Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival & transfer; Sound & Light Show – Amer Fort- Jaipur

Touch down in Jaipur, knowing that a vehicle with a driver is ready to drop you off at the hotel. After a stress-free transfer, check in to your room and relax. Later, in the evening, prepare to enjoy an exciting introduction to Jaipur’s royal heritage, thanks to the Sound & Light Show at Amer Fort. It presents the region’s fascinating history, royal legends, and tales of valor through a mesmerizing display of lights, blending age-old architecture and culture.

Day 2

Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace, Panna Meena ka Kund, Amer Fort, Bapu Market

Today is dedicated to a comprehensive tour of Jaipur’s must-sees on a fully guided excursion. The first stop is at the stunning Hawa Maha, or the Palace of Minds, which takes your breath away with its intricate façade. Next, tour the UNESCO-listed astronomical splendor, Jantar Mantar, and then continue to the magnificent City Palace, a stunning blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Panna Meena ka Kund, an ancient stepwell with a symmetrical design, and Amer Fort are other attractions included in your program. Conclude your day with a stroll through Bapu Market, where you can shop for traditional handicrafts, textiles, jewelry, and souvenirs.

Day 3

Transfer to Udaipur, En route visit the Statue of Belief (Shiva)

After breakfast and hotel check-out, join our representative for an exciting drive to Udaipur. The highlight of the day is a stop at the Statue of Belief (Shiva) in Nathdwara, standing tall at over 360 feet and ranking among the world’s tallest statues of Lord Shiva. Take time to soak in its serene and spiritual atmosphere before continuing to Udaipur, where you’ll check in to your hotel and relax for the remainder of the day

Day 4

Moti Magri, City Palace, Jag Mandir (Boat Ride), Traditional Music & Dance Show, Shopping

A full-day tour of Udaipur’s royal heritage and lakeside beauty, with an experienced guide, awaits you! Visit Moti Magri, the Hill of Pearls, offering panoramic views of the surrounding; stop at the majestic Lake Pichola; and discover the magnificent City Palace, a sprawling complex of palaces, courtyards, and museums. You’ll also take a serene boat ride to Jag Mandir, a beautiful island palace on the lake. Spend your evening experiencing the vibrant local culture with a traditional music and dance show, and a shopping adventure at nearby markets.

Day 5

Departure

After breakfast and hotel check-out, a prompt departure transfer will ensure a perfect conclusion to your royal Rajasthan getaway!

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
