Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Udaipur; Check-In & Visit City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Lake Pichola (Evening Boat Ride), & Local Market Walk

Your holiday begins the moment you arrive in Udaipur and enjoy a smooth transfer to your accommodation. Check into your room and then prepare for a sightseeing tour that leads you to the top attractions. Lose yourself in City Palace’s grandeur and visit the sacred Jagdish Temple. In the evening, set sail on an enchanting boat ride along Lake Pichola. A leisurely stroll through the region’s exuberant local markets ensures a perfect end to your first day in Rajasthan.

Day 2

Visit Saheliyon ki Bari, Fateh Sagar Lake, Sajjangarh (Monsoon Palace), Shilpgram or Vintage Car Museum

Today, see more of Udaipur’s both celebrated and hidden gems! Start at Saheliyon ki Bari, featuring lush lawns, marble pavilions, and fountains. The next stop is at the picturesque Fateh Sagar Lake, before heading to the hilltop palace of Sajjangarh. Later, get a slice of Rajasthani arts and royal past as you tour one of these attractions: Shilpgram, a crafts village, or the Vintage Car Museum, home to a fascinating collection of classic automobiles.

Day 3

Drive to Jaipur (Approx. 6 hrs). En route visit Chittorgarh Fort (optional). Arrival and check-in. Evening at Leisure or Visit to the Local Market.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and then enjoy a relaxed drive to Rajasthan’s capital, Jaipur. An optional stop at the UNESCO-listed Chittorgarh Fort adds to the charm of this approximately seven-hour journey. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check in to your room and spend the evening at your own pace.

Day 4

Visit Amber Fort, Panna Meena ka Kund, Jal Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal. Evening for shopping at Bapu or Johari Bazaar

Today’s main attraction is a full-day exploration of Jaipur. It begins at the classic Amber Fort and continues to Panna Meena ka Kund, a historic stepwell, and Jal Mahal, which gracefully sits in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. You’ll also tour the city’s iconic landmarks, including the regal City Palace, the astronomical marvel Jantar Mantar, and the ornate façade of the Hawa Mahal. Conclude your day with a visit to Bapu Bazaar or Johari Bazaar, which is ideal for souvenir shopping.

Day 5

Visit Albert Hall Museum or Birla Mandir. Optional visit to Nahargarh Fort for Panoramic Views.

The day is reserved for a visit to one of these attractions: the Albert Hall Museum, boasting an impressive repertoire of art and artifacts, or Birla Mandir, a gorgeous marble temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. You can also consider a trip to Nahargarh Fort, perched on the Aravalli hills, to ensure an unforgettable finale to your holiday.

Day 6

Departure Transfer to Airport or Station

After breakfast and hotel check-out, be ready as your driver will transfer you to the airport or station for your hassle-free departure.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
