Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive & check-in; evening Sound & Light Show – Amer Fort

A relaxed arrival transfer to your pre-arranged accommodation in Jaipur ensures a perfect start to your Rajasthan holiday. Settle into your room before you set out in the evening to watch the mesmerizing Sound & Light Show at Amer Fort, ensuring an enlightening introduction to Jaipur’s royal heritage.

Day 2

Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Bapu Bazaar shopping

A full-day, guided tour of Jaipur allows you to admire all of the region’s top claims to fame. Visit the historic Amber Fort, the City Palace, and Jantar Mantar, a one-of-a-kind astronomical marvel. Step back in time as you enter the Hawa Mahal, which will surely blow you away. The tour ends with a shopping session at Bapu Bazaar.

Day 3

Drive to Udaipur; En Route, Visit Chittorgarh Fort

Check out of your Jaipur hotel and be ready for a leisurely drive to Udaipur, popularly known as the “City of Lakes.” Enjoy a brief stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Chittorgarh Fort, which echoes timeless tales of Rajput valor. As you arrive in Udaipur, check in to your room and settle in for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 4

City Palace, Lake Pichola Boat Ride, Jag Mandir, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, Fateh Sagar Lake & Shopping

Spend the whole day exploring Udaipur, starting at City Palace and continuing with a tranquil boat ride on Lake Pichola. You’ll also tour the stunning island palace, Jag Mandir, amid calm waters, the charming Saheliyon-ki-Bari, and the quaint Fateh Sagar Lake. Return to your room after a shopping adventure in local markets.

Day 5

Drive to Kumbhalgarh; Visit Eklingji Temple & Haldighati Memorial En route

After checking out of the hotel, your friendly driver will transfer you to Kumbhalgarh, with a stop at the 8th-century Eklingji Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Another attraction included in your program is the Haldighati Memorial, which pays tribute to the brave battle fought between Maharana Pratap and the Mughals. Once you arrive in Kumbhalgarh, check in and unwind in your room.

Day 6

Explore Kumbhalgarh Fort, Badal Mahal, Wildlife Sanctuary & Evening Cultural Show

Dedicate your sixth day in Rajasthan to exploring some of Kumbhalgarh’s top sights, such as the majestic Kumbhalgarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the enchanting Badal Mahal (Palace of Clouds). Free time / Transfer to Airport or Station

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
