Day 1

Arrival in Shimla – Local Sightseeing

Arrive in Shimla and check into your hotel. After some rest, head out to explore the charming hill town. Visit The Ridge, Mall Road, and Christ Church to enjoy the city’s colonial charm. You may also explore local markets for souvenirs and handicrafts. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 2

Shimla – Kufri Excursion

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Kufri, a popular hill station known for its scenic beauty and snow activities (seasonal). Visit Green Valley, Himalayan Nature Park, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Return to Shimla in the evening and relax. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 3

Shimla to Manali via Kullu

After breakfast, check out and begin your scenic drive to Manali via the Kullu Valley. En route, enjoy views of the Beas River, pine forests, and mountain villages. Stop at the Kullu Shawl Factory and the local viewpoints. Arrive in Manali by evening and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 4

Manali – Solang Valley Excursion

After breakfast, head to Solang Valley, famous for adventure activities such as paragliding, zip-lining, skiing (seasonal), and ropeway rides. Enjoy the scenic beauty and fresh mountain air. Return to Manali in the evening and enjoy leisure time at Mall Road. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 5

Manali Local Sightseeing

Explore the beautiful attractions of Manali, including Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, Jagatsukh Village, Tibetan Monastery, and Van Vihar. The rest of the day is free for shopping or café hopping. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 6

Departure from Manali

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your onward journey with beautiful memories of the Himalayas.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
