Day 1

Arrival in Delhi

After a professional meet-and-greet in Delhi, enjoy a relaxed drive to your accommodation. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, basking in your room’s amenities or exploring the attractions nearby.

Day 2

Delhi Sightseeing

Today, prepare to see the capital city’s most astounding sights on a guided city tour. Begin at the iconic Lotus Temple and then continue to the historic India Gate, the magnificent Red Fort, and the timeless local markets. Return transfer to your accommodation is included.

Day 3

Delhi to Agra

Following breakfast and hotel check-out, you’ll leave for Agra, where you’ll settle into your room or set out to discover its most celebrated sights, including Taj Mahal, the eternal symbol of love, and the historic Agra Fort.

Day 4

Agra to Jaipur

Today’s highlight is a scenic drive to India’s Pink City, Jaipur, which is also Rajasthan’s capital. Upon arrival, check in to your room and spend the remainder of the day at your own pace by simply relaxing in your room or exploring the attractions in the vicinity.

Day 5

Jaipur Sightseeing

Dedicate the day to discovering Jaipur’s royal charm. Visit the majestic Amer Fort and next absorb the grandeur of the City Palace. More sights and sounds come into light as the tour progresses, as you immerse yourself in the city’s architectural splendor and rich heritage.

Day 6

Jaipur to Jodhpur

Today, you’ll leave Jaipur’s pink splendor and venture into the enchanting blue city of Jodhpur. Following a relaxed drive of over 350 kilometers, you’ll check in to your room and later visit some of the region’s iconic landmarks, such as Mehrangarh Fort.

Day 7

Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur (300 KMS)

After hotel check-out, our representative will drive you towards Udaipur, pausing at the breathtaking Ranakpur Jain Temple, renowned for its intricate marble structure, along the way. Upon arrival, check in to your room for a relaxing overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 8

Udaipur Sightseeing

Today, enjoy a full-day tour of Udaipur’s best sights and sounds. Start at the majestic City Palace and its museum, then stop at the revered Jagdish Temple. Next, you’ll tour the tranquil Fatehsagar Lake and the beautifully landscaped Saheliyon ki Bari. End the day with a visit to the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandir, also known as the Folk Art Museum, to experience the region’s rich culture and traditions.

Day 9

Departure

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and then enjoy a smooth transfer to the airport or railway station.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
