Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival & Check-In; Visit Cellular Jail & Enjoy Light & Sound Show

Upon arrival at Port Blair Airport, meet our representative, who will transfer you to your accommodation. Check in, take some time to relax, and then tour the iconic Cellular Jail, where its haunting ambiance and the incredible Light & Sound Show bring the region’s distressing past to life.

Day 2

Ferry to Havelock; Visit Radhanagar Beach

Today, a scenic ferry ride from Port Blair to Havelock Island awaits you! as you arrive here, check in to your hotel and get ready for a laid-back day by the sea. Head to the stunning Radhanagar Beach to absorb its serene beauty enhanced by soft white sands and turquoise waters. Relax by its shore, enjoy leisurely strolls, or simply sit back and immerse yourself in its tranquility.

Day 3

Visit Elephant Beach or Kalapatthar Beach

After breakfast, dedicate the rest of the day to exploring one of the region’s marvelous beaches and enjoying activities like swimming and snorkeling. Select between Elephant Beach, with vibrant coral reefs and exceptional watersport facilities, or Kala Patthar Beach, whose peaceful, lush setting is a treat for nature enthusiasts.

Day 4

Transfer to Neil and Sightseeing

Today’s highlight is a ferry ride to the charming Neil Island. Following hotel check-in, prepare for local sightseeing. It takes you to the region’s untouched beaches, such as Laxmanpur and Bharatpur, allowing you to relax and capture the island’s unrivaled beauty.

Day 5

Return by Ferry; Visit Chidiya Tapu or Corbyn’s Cove Beach

After breakfast and hotel check-out, take the ferry back to Port Blair. Check in to your room and then spend the day visiting attractions like chidiya tapu to marvel at its glorious sunsets, or Corbyn’s Cove Beach, a haven for adventurers and nature enthusiasts alike.

Day 6

Departure

Enjoy a hearty breakfast and utilize your free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. When it’s time to bid farewell to the island, check out from your hotel and get transferred to Port Blair Airport without any hassle.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
