Day 1

Arrival & Check-in; Visit Cellular Jail & Light & Sound Show

Experience a professional meet-and-greet as you arrive at Port Blair. After a relaxed transfer, check in to your room and get ready to explore one of Andaman’s most historically significant attractions, Cellular Jail. It walks through the hardships, injustices, and sacrifices endured by inmates during India’s freedom struggle. The iconic Light & Sound Show throws light on these stories in the most compelling way.

Day 2

Excursion to Baratang Island – Limestone Caves & Mangrove Boat Ride

Embark on a full-day tour to the magnificent Baratang Island, journeying you through lush forests and astonishing landscapes. Board a local boat for an enchanting cruise along the untouched mangrove creeks. Prepare for a scenic stroll as you approach the famous Limestone Caves, with stunning natural formations formed over centuries. Return transfer to your accommodation is included.

Day 3

Ferry to Havelock; Visit Radhanagar Beach

After hotel check-out, enjoy a peaceful ferry ride to Havelock Island, which will surely take your breath away with its striking beaches. Upon arrival and hotel check-in, visit the renowned Radhanagar Beach, one of Asia’s best beaches. Spend the remainder of the day absorbing the sun, relaxing on its white sands, and admiring its shoreline.

Day 4

Visit Elephant Beach

Be ready for the most exciting experiences as you make your way to the marvelous Elephant Beach, a haven for adventurous activities and exploring marine life. A short boat ride will transfer you to the beach, where you can enjoy a spectrum of various water sports, take in its exuberant waters, and experience the underwater world up close.

Day 5

Ferry to Neil Island; visit Bharatpur Beach, Laxmanpur Beach, Natural Bridge

Enjoy your breakfast, check out of the hotel, and then board a ferry to the picturesque Neil Island. After hotel check-in, you’ll tour some of the island’s best attractions, including Bharatpur Beach, known for its shallow, crystal-clear waters; Laxmanpur Beach, with sprawling coastlines and alluring sea views; and Natural Bridge, an extraordinary rock formation formed by nature over time.

Day 6

Return by Ferry; Evening Beach Visit

Today, you’ll take your ferry back to Port Blair, marveling at the spectacular sea views along the way. After hotel check-in, take some time to relax. Later, in the evening, visit one of the city’s most striking coastal attractions: Chidiya Tapu or Corbyn’s Cove Beach. It’s the most memorable way to spend your final evening in the Andamans.

Day 7

Departure

After a hearty breakfast and hotel check-out, it’s time to say goodbye to the Andamans! Our representative will assist with your transfer to the airport, allowing you to end your island getaway on a hassle-free note.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
