• Download the voucher and present it at the venue

• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises
• The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.
• All visitors who would like to enter the zoo must purchase at least one activity of choices.
• Children with height under 140 cm and age under 12 years old are allowed to enter the zoo FREE OF CHARGE.
• Children age 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult (18+).
• Children with height under 140cm are not allowed to participate in forest walk with tiger activity.
• Children with height under 140 cm can participate in photos with animals ONLY when accompanied by a paid adult (18+).
