Dolphinarium In Pattaya Important Information

Please carry a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
The attraction is closed every Wednesday.
Children under 80 cm enter free (no seat provided, must be under adult supervision).
Children 80–120 cm will be charged child rate (up to 12 years old).
Swimming with dolphins is allowed for adults and children aged 6 years and above.
Children under 6 years are not allowed to swim with dolphins.
Swimmers must not exceed 100 kg. For those over 100 kg, a modified program will be provided.
Pets, weapons, chemicals, balloons, fireworks, large bags, smoking, alcohol, and intoxication are not allowed.
Please remain seated during the show. Do not throw objects, lean over the pool edge, or touch the animals without the trainer’s permission.
Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
Children must be supervised at all times. Please be cautious of slippery floors.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Wheelchair support is available for visitors up to 80 kg.
A shower is required before swimming. Jewellery, hats, glasses, cosmetics, or creams are not permitted.
Life jackets are available on request. Please follow the trainer’s instructions and avoid touching the dolphins’ eyes .Swimming is not permitted for pregnant women, people with open wounds, contagious/skin/cardiovascular/mental diseases, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
