• Guest needs to carry passport / Photo ID to redeem tickets at the counter along with Voucher / Booking Confirmation number
• No refund is applicable should the guest not travel or visit the attraction
• Any delays caused by the guest may attract a surcharge or No Show
• Pick-up time needs to be mentioned at the time of booking
• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Pattaya
• The actual pick-up time is to be reconfirmed before the service date
• All schedules are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and the number of guests during peak times or any other unforeseen reasons
• The maximum waiting time is 05 mins, from the time Guide/ Driver have reported at the hotel for pick-up
• The guide will look for the guest in the hotel lobby/hotel concierge area and if the guest is not found will call the hotel room. If no answer is received from the room, the guide/driver will leave the premises and it will be considered a No Show
• Guest who fails to avail of the transfer service will have to make their own arrangement for transfers / tours. No Refund or Reschedule is applicable
