Online Check-In & Boarding:
Guests must complete online check-in prior to arrival. Port arrival times are assigned, and boarding closes before the scheduled departure time.
Travel Documents:
All guests must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months validity. Required visas (UK & Schengen) must be arranged prior to travel.
Onboard Account & Payments:
Disney Cruise Line operates a cashless system. All purchases are charged to your Key to the World card, linked to a credit/debit card.
Luggage Policy:
Carry-on luggage should include travel documents, medications, and valuables. Checked luggage will be delivered to your stateroom later.
Gratuities:
Recommended gratuities for dining and stateroom staff are not included and will be added to your onboard account unless prepaid.
Dining & Reservations:
Rotational dining is included. Advance reservations are required for select specialty dining and experiences.
Onboard Activities:
Entertainment, shows, and kids clubs are included. Reservations for certain experiences can be managed via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
Wi-Fi & Connectivity:
Internet packages are available for purchase. Connectivity may vary while at sea.
Health & Safety:
Guests should review the latest health and safety guidelines issued by Disney Cruise Line prior to sailing.
Prohibited Items:
Alcohol, certain electrical appliances, and restricted items are not permitted onboard as per cruise policy.
Disembarkation:
Guests will disembark in Southampton in the morning. Final details will be provided onboard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are subject to Disney Cruise Line terms and conditions, including applicable fees.
CATEGORIES WITH RESTRICTIONS: Reservations for Inside, Outside or
Verandah Categories with Restrictions are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE. A
100% cruise cancellation fee applies from time of payment.

Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of Guest names
will be considered cancellations.
No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by
the Guest after vacation commencement date.
Please note that changes made to overall party size may result in a
change to the rate.
All changes are subject to availability. Changes to a reservation may
result in a per Guest service fee.
Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to restrict any changes to a
reservation.

point of payment, you are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation, or
credit whatsoever of your deposit under any circumstance if you cancel your
