Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Bangalore! After a professional meet-and-greet, enjoy a pleasant drive to Mysore. Check into your room and then set out to explore the region’s top attractions, including the iconic Mysore Palace and the magnificent Brindavan Gardens, a lush paradise sprawling over 60 acres. Wrap up your day by watching the spectacular musical fountain show.

Day 2

Drive to Coorg (approx. 3.5 hrs), Visit Bylakuppe Golden Temple, Nisargadhama

Today, you’ll be transferred to the scenic hills of Coorg, stopping at Bylakuppe’s Golden Temple and the tranquil Nisargadhama, a serene island on the Cauvery River along the way. Upon arrival in Coorg, settle into your room for a relaxed evening.

Day 3

Dubare Elephant Camp, Abbey Falls, Raja’s Seat, Omkareshwar Temple

After breakfast, prepare for a guided sightseeing tour that takes you to some of Coorg’s must-sees. The first stop is at Dubare Elephant Camp for an up-close interaction with majestic elephants. You’ll next visit the scintillating Abbey Falls and absorb enchanting views from Raja’s Seat, before concluding the tour at the revered Omkareshwar Temple.

Day 4

Scenic drive via Bandipur National Park

Today, you’ll journey through the most picturesque landscapes, passing through the celebrated Bandipur National Park on the Mysore-Ooty Highway, which shelters unique and diverse wildlife species.

Day 5

Botanical Garden, Ooty Lake, Doddabetta Peak, and Rose Garden, Optional: Coonoor

Get ready for a sightseeing tour of Ooty, covering all of its marvelous sights. Immerse yourself in the compelling charm of the Botanical Garden, stop at the serene Ooty Lake, take in panoramic views from Doddabetta Peak, and wander the breathtaking Rose Garden. You can also take an optional excursion to nearby Coonoor.

Day 6

Departure

Following a fulfilling breakfast, check out from your hotel and end your memorable holiday with a convenient transfer to the airport or railway station.

Important Information

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
