  • For reservations involving the first and second guest, adult rates will be applicable, irrespective of age.

  • For the 3rd & 4th adult in the cabin, cruise fare will be charged at 50%; port charges and gratuities will be applicable at 100%.


Pricing: 1st & 2nd guests pay the adult rate regardless of age. 3rd & 4th guests in the same cabin incur surcharges. Single occupancy = 200% of the cabin price.

Gratuities: €11 per adult/night (15+ years) and €5.5 per child/night (4–14 years), payable onboard.

Passports: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates. Physical passport required at check-in.

Infants: Minimum age 6 months, with valid passport & visa.

Special Health Needs: Passengers requiring special care must submit completed Costa “Special Needs” forms (with medical documents) within 40 days of departure. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation or extra costs.

Pregnancy: Guests beyond the 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise are not allowed to sail. All pregnant guests must carry a medical certificate from a gynecologist confirming fitness to travel and pregnancy stage.

Date of Confirmation: 25% of the total amount is required upon confirmation.
60 Days Prior to Departure: 55% of the full payment is due.
55 Days Prior to Departure: Full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy:

From confirmation up to 90 days before departure: 35% of the total amount.
Between 90 and 61 days before departure: 40% of the total amount.
Between 60 and 45 days before departure: 55% of the total amount.
Between 44 and 21 days before departure: 75% of the total amount.
Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of the total amount.

Visa requirements
  • Visa requirements depend on the passenger’s nationality and the countries included in the cruise itinerary.
  • Additional visas may be required for destinations visited during the cruise (e.g., Japan, South Korea, Vietnam).
  • Passengers are responsible for obtaining all required visas prior to travel.
