Itinerary

Day 1

NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Gangtok

Kick off your holiday with a warm meet-and-greet at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra (IXB) Airport. It’s followed by a comfortable five-hour drive to Gangtok, passing through the most exquisite landscapes. Upon arrival and hotel check-in, spend the rest of the day at your pace.

Day 2

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

After breakfast, a refreshing tour of the stunning Tsomgo Lake awaits you! Perched at over 12,400 feet, this lake will enchant you with its unrivaled scenic settings and crystal-clear waters. You’ll next make your way to the revered Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, known for its enigmatic charm and picture-perfect ambiance.

Important Notes:To visit Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir, guests must carry two passport-size photographs and a photocopy of a valid Photo ID proof. If accompanied by children below 18 years, don’t forget their birth certificate or school/college ID. You should also bring original documents. If a landslide or unexpected road closures occur, an alternate travel plan will be arranged.

Day 3

Gangtok – Lachung

After breakfast and hotel check-out, prepare for an unforgettable journey to the quaint mountain village of Lachung, driving through some of North Sikkim’s most scenic routes. En route, make a stop at the magnificent Naga Waterfall to absorb its unequaled scenery, and later at Chungthang, a picturesque town where the two stunning Himalayan Rivers, Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu, meet. Before you arrive, you will also visit the towering Bhim Nala Waterfall, dubbed Amitabh Bachchan Falls, thanks to its impressive height. Finally, settle into your room for a relaxed overnight stay.

Day 4

Excursion to Yumthang Valley

North Sikkim’s breathtaking natural gems beckon you, and this dedicated tour allows you to strike off your travel wish list. Stop at Yumthang Valley, which is perched at over 12,000 feet and fondly called the Valley of Flowers for its exuberant landscapes with meadow, snow-blanked peaks, and rivers. So what better way to soak in the panoramic views and enjoy the crisp Himalayan mountain air? The tour ends with a stress-free return transfer to your accommodation.

Day 5

Lachung - Gangtok

Today, you’ll return to Gangtok on a scenic six-hour drive, allowing you to appreciate the breathtaking natural landscapes that unfold along the way. Upon arrival, check in and spend the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 6

Gangtok - NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport

After hotel check-out, give a stress-free end to your holiday as your professional driver will drop you off at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), following a mesmerizing drive through serene valleys, dense forests, and meandering rivers.

Any additional sightseeing or activities not mentioned in the itinerary

Tipping for drivers, guides, or hotel staff
Any cost arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, flight/train delays, or cancellations

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
