Itinerary

Day 1

NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport to Gangtok

Your Himalayan adventure begins as you land at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport. Our representative will greet you and next transfer you to your accommodation in Gangtok on a relaxing five-hour drive, taking you through the most stunning landscapes. As you reach, check in to your room and spend the remainder of the day at your leisurely pace.

Day 2

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (53 Kms. / 3 Hrs. one-way)

Start your day with a guided tour of the awe-inspiring Tsomgo Lake, which is a three-hour drive away. Located amid snow-covered peaks, this revered glacial lake is a major draw for its translucent blue waters and peaceful surroundings. You’ll next pause at the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a shrine shrouded in legend and devotion. The tour ends as you return to your accommodation.

Day 3

Gangtok - Lachen

After hotel check-out, travel towards Lachen, a pretty village, on a pleasant six-hour ride. On the way, stop at the Naga Waterfall, take in the marvelous confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu rivers at Chungthang, and be in awe of the charming Bhimnala Waterfall. Upon arrival in Lachen, check in to your room for a refreshing overnight stay.

Important Notes:

Guests must carry two passport-size photographs and a photocopy of a valid photo ID. Children under 18 must bring their birth certificates, school IDs, or college IDs. It’s also necessary to carry original documents. The challenging terrain in North Sikkim Indicate that vehicles like Innova crysta are not ideal for this route.

Day 4

Lachen - Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung

Check out of the hotel and set out on an early morning adventure toward Gurudongmar lake, one of Sikkim’s highest and most consecrated lakes, with pristine waters and set amid snow-clad peaks. As you continue to Lachung, the long, ten-hour, breathtaking drive itself becomes one of the trip’s highlights. Upon arrival, check in to your room and unwind.

Day 5

Excursion to Yumthang Valley

Today’s main attraction is an enchanting 90-minute drive to Yumthang valley, fondly called the “Valley of Flowers.” Spend the day enjoying the refreshing Himalayan breeze and exploring the valley, located amid snowy mountains, green meadows, colorful fauna, and crystal-clear streams. Return transfer to your Lachung accommodation is provided.

Day 6

Lachung - Gangtok

Today, you’ll journey back to Gangtok on a six-hour drive through stunning mountain roads, lush valleys, and picture-perfect villages. Finally, check in to your room and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 7

Gangtok - NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (128 Kms. / 5 Hrs.)

After breakfast and hotel check-out, give a hassle-free end to your holiday with a serene transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, about five hours away.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
