Day 1

NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport - Gangtok

Meet our friendly representative as you touch down at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB). Enjoy a scenic drive through breathtaking landscapes until you arrive in Gangtok. Check in and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

Embark on a breathtaking excursion to Tsomgo Lake, where its astonishing height of over 12,400 feet, crystal-clear waters, and location amid snow-covered mountains make for an unforgettable escape. Next, proceed to the sacred Baba Mandir, which blows you away with its spiritual ambiance and peaceful mountain setting.

Important Information

Make sure you carry all essential documents, including two passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID copy. Traveling with children? Don’t forget to bring their birth certificate or school/college ID along with the originals. An alternative sightseeing program will be arranged if you’re not able to access Tsomgo Lake due to extreme weather conditions.

Day 3

Gangtok - Lachung

Depart from Gangtok and travel toward Lachung, a striking village in North Sikkim. The six-hour drive itself is enchanting as you make your way through rustic mountain roads, surging waterfalls, and lush valleys. Upon arrival, settle into your room and prepare for an unforgettable retreat into the heart of the Himalayas.

Important Information

You must carry all travel documents, such as two passport-size photographs and a valid photo ID copy. Traveling with children? Don’t forget to bring their birth certificate or school/college ID along with the originals. Vehicles like the Innova Crysta are not ideal for hitting the region’s challenging terrains.

Day 4

Lachung - Yumthang Valley - Gangtok

Today, you’ll tick off one of the region’s most ethereal sights from your Sikkim bucket list, as you head straight to Yumthang Valley. It is dubbed the “Valley of Flowers” for its exceptional blooms against the backdrop of towering Himalayan snowy peaks and meadows. After a refreshing day out, you’ll return to your hotel.

Day 5

Gangtok – Darjeeling

After hotel check-out, a refreshing drive will take you to the delightful hill town of Darjeeling, passing through mountainous routes, misty valleys, and verdant tea gardens. Upon arrival and check-in, relax in your room or set out to explore the destination at your pace.

Day 6

Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill

Today’s main attraction is a tour of the majestic Tiger Hill. Start by marveling at the magical sunrise views over the Kanchenjunga range. Later, you’ll visit some of the region’s top attractions, including Batasia Loop, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, the Tibetan Refugee Centre, and the renowned tea gardens.

Day 7

Darjeeling - NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (75 Kms. / 3 Hrs.)

After a fulfilling breakfast and hotel check-out, a scenic three-hour drive to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) marks a relaxed end to your holiday.

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
