Day 1
Airport Pick-Up and 124th +125th Floor Non-Prime Hours

Your Dubai holiday kicks off when you touch down at the airport. Meet your friendly representative, who will escort you to the vehicle, provide baggage assistance, and promptly transfer you to your accommodation. Take a moment to refresh and unwind before you set out to admire the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.

With entry tickets to its ‘At the Top’ observation decks timed during the relaxed non-prime hours, you will board a high-speed elevator that whisks you to the 124th level in less than a minute. The commanding views of the glittery cityscape, unparalleled desert, and endless ocean that await you from its floor-to-ceiling glasses and high-end telescopes are sure to blow you away. There is also an outdoor terrace to catch unobstructed city views.

Let the elegance of traditional Mashrabiya-style architecture captivate you as you take the spiraling steps to the observation deck on the 125th level, where striking views and immersive entertainment promise an unforgettable experience.


Day 2
Dubai City Tour Dhow Cruise Marina

A delicious breakfast, followed by an enlightening tour of Dubai, marks the perfect start to your second day. Your experienced guide will lead you to some of the city’s legendary landmarks across Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Sheikh Zayed Road. Enjoy the opportunity to capture perfect photographs against Dubai’s top claims to fame, including the stunning Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, The Palm, and Jumeirah Mosque. Feel the otherworldly vibe as the tour continues to Dubai’s antiquated parts with a stop at Dubai Creek, traditional souks, and finally, the Dubai Museum within the city’s oldest fort, Al Fahidi.

Upon the culmination of the city tour in the afternoon, the time until evening is yours to discover the city at your convenience. Rest assured, our representative will again join you to transfer you to the embankment point at Dubai Marina, where you will board a traditional Arabian dhow (sailing vessel) for a 90-minute cruise. Day 3
Museum of the Future and Desert Safari

Day 5

Today, after breakfast, is all about a journey through the charming spectacles of culture and nature. Discover fascinating cultures, savor local and exotic cuisine, watch delightful performances, and participate in several activities and experiences.

Day 6
Airport Drop-off

Relish your final breakfast in Dubai before you comply with the hotel check-out procedures. Your vehicle and the driver will be ready to transfer you to the airport on time.       • To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
      • Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
      • Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
      • The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
      • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
      • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
      • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
      • An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
      • On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
      • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
      • Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
      • Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
      • Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
      • Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
      • We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
      • No refund for partly utilized services.
      • Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
      • If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
    Booking Policy
      • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
    Payment Terms
      • Total amount of the hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
      • The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
      • Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
      • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of the payment made.
      • Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
      • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents.
      • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

      • The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
      • Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
      • In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
      • Any visa approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
      • Rayna Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline, Rayna Tours cannot be held liable for the same.
      • If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
      • Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.

    • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
    • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
    • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
    • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
    • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
    • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
    • Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.
    • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
