Itinerary
Day 1
Airport Pick-Up and 124th +125th Floor Non-Prime Hours

Start your Dubai holiday right with a courteous meet and greet at the airport and, later, a comfortable transfer to your accommodation. Refresh yourself, relax for some time, and prepare to kick off your Dubai exploration on a high note as you visit Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest man-made structure. Ascend to its observation decks on the 124th and 125th levels during the non-prime hours and see the whole of Dubai and beyond beneath your feet in a serene, relatively crowd-free ambiance. A swift elevator ride and an informative multimedia display (narrating Dubai’s epic transformation from a humble settlement to a global city) add to your Burj Khalifa tour.


Day 2
Dubai Frame and Desert Safari

Today’s itinerary presents Dubai’s astonishing contrasts! After your breakfast, enjoy a smooth entry into the world’s largest picture frame with your Dubai Frame tickets. Relive the city’s past at the aptly named Past Gallery, and then take an elevator ride to the Sky Level, where one side displays the Old Side and the other showcases the city’s avant-garde marvels. That’s not all; dare to walk along the transparent glass bridge and participate in immersive experiences before you wind up your Dubai Frame experience at its stunning Future Gallery, whose exhibits perfectly reflect its name.

The second part of the day is reserved for a thrilling desert safari with an exciting 4x4 drive over the golden sands as its high point. You can explore the high and low dunes on a camel ride and be part of cultural experiences like henna tattooing, Shisha smoking, etc. A BBQ dining amid the isolated desert promises an unforgettable culinary session, while traditional performances such as belly dance and Tanura shows leave you in awe.


Day 3
Dubai City Tour

Feel the city’s dynamic energy, admire the record-breaking sights, and get lost in time all in a day on an all-inclusive city tour of Dubai. After a delicious breakfast, you will join an experienced guide to explore Dubai’s sights and sounds. A drive through Sheikh Zayed Road and Palm Jumeirah introduces you to the city’s unrivaled modernity, while a stop at the Dubai Museum and traditional souks will blow you away with the simplicity and unpretentious allure of Old Dubai. Capture ample photographs against the city’s iconic landmarks, such as the palatial-style Atlantis, The Palm, the billow-shaped Burj Al Arab, and the classic Jumeirah Mosques. As this half-day city tour ends in the afternoon, you can spend the remainder of the day at your leisure.



Day 4
Dolphin & Seal Show Regular Tickets

Along with the delicious breakfast to start the day with, also treat yourself to a mesmerizing aquatic performance on day four as you set out to watch the live dolphin and seal show at Dubai Dolphinarium within the Creek Park. Be in amazement as these brilliant creatures entertain you with their adorable acts in an air-conditioned, indoor setting with a pool and comfortable seating adjoining it. After this 45-minute show, you have the rest of the day to relax in the park’s lush grounds and explore other attractions like the Exotic Bird Show and Mirror Maze (at your expense).



Day 5
Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo and Dhow Cruise Marina

Begin day five with a wonderful breakfast and an experience that enchants you with captivating experiences. You will first visit the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. Located inside the massive Dubai Mall near Burj Khalifa, it hosts one of the world’s largest suspended aquariums, whose 10-million-liter tank is a fertile ground for over 33,000 marine creatures, including rays, sharks, etc. Apart from these, you can walk along its 48-meter-long aquarium tunnel and even step into the underwater zoo, home to some fascinating residents, mainly the 750-kilogram King Croc.

 Following this, you can explore other attractions across the mall (at your convenience), but make sure you keep your evening free for a laid-back cruise along the stunning Dubai Marina. The 90-minute cruise lets you absorb the city’s nighttime charm and exuberant contemporary ambiance from the water. A sumptuous buffet dinner and traditional live performances like Tanura round out this extraordinary sail.


Day 6
Miracle Garden and Global Village

The most colorful attractions and vibrant experiences occupy your sixth day in Dubai. Discover the world in a few hours at the Global Village, one of Dubai’s most looked-forward-to seasonal attractions. It boasts over 35 pavilions featuring 80 plus countries, allowing for a hands-on understanding of diverse traditions, gastronomy, and cultural shows.

At Dubai Miracle Garden, feast your senses with a riot of colors! It is the world’s biggest natural garden, with over 150 million flowers to tantalize your senses across its sprawling 72,000-square-meter space. You can see them arranged in almost striking patterns and shapes, with the chance to stroll beneath the umbrella tunnel and capture a picture against the heart passage, to name a few.


Day 7
Airport Drop-off

It is now time to bid farewell to Dubai! Have your last fulfilling breakfast and check out of the hotel and indulge in last-minute shopping or exploration (depending on your flight timing) before our team promptly picks you up and transfer you to the airport. It ensures a stress-free end to your Dubai holiday with the most cherished moments to take home.

      • To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.

      • Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
      • The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
      • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
      • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
      • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
      • An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
      • On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.

      • Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.

      • Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
      • Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.

      • No refund for partly utilized services.
      • Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
      • If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
    Booking Policy
      • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
    Payment Terms
      • Total amount of the hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
      • The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
      • Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
      • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of the payment made.
      • Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
      • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents.
      • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

      • The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
      • Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
      • In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
      • Any visa approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
      • Rayna Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline, Rayna Tours cannot be held liable for the same.
      • If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
      • Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.

    • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
    • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
    • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
    • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
    • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
    • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
    • Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.
    • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
