Day 1

Delhi arrival – Old & New Delhi sightseeing

Kick off your holiday as you arrive in Delhi. After a warm welcome and a smooth transfer, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax. Later, step out to experience Delhi’s fascinating blend of old-world charm and modern grandeur.

Day 2

Full Day local Delhi Sightseeing

Following a fulfilling breakfast, discover the best of Old and New Delhi on a guided sightseeing tour. Begin at the majestic Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and then proceed to the India Gate, a grand war memorial. You’ll also see Qutub Minar, the world’s tallest brick minaret; explore the serene Lotus Temple; and marvel at the regal Humayun’s Tomb. The spiritual calm of Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, combined with a shopping and culinary experience through the vibrant lanes of Chandni Chowk, ensures a perfect finale to your full-day tour.

Day 3

Delhi to Agra – Taj Mahal sunset view

After memorable two days in Delhi, you’ll leave for India’s eternal city of love, Agra, on a scenic drive. Enjoy a hassle-free check-in before you set out to witness the grandeur of the Taj Mahal. Stroll through its lush gardens and be amazed as this pristine white marble structure shines in the golden hues of the sunset.

Day 4

Full Day Agra Visit

Today, your driver-cum-guide will be ready to pick you up for a sightseeing tour of Agra’s most treasured landmarks, including the stunning Agra Fort. As you journey through the city, you’ll encounter more of Agra’s timeless charm, where each monument and structure narrates Mughal tales of love, power, and artistic brilliance.

Day 5

Agra to Jaipur – Enroute Fatehpur Sikri

Check out of your hotel and meet our representative for a stress-free drive toward Jaipur, famously known as the Pink City. You’ll stop at Fatehpur Sikri, which was once a flourishing Mughal capital during Emperor Akbar’s reign. Feel the aura of its enlightening past as you wander this abandoned red sandstone city. Once you arrive in Agra, check in to your hotel and unwind as you prepare to enjoy Rajasthan’s royal experiences.

Day 6

Jaipur Sightseeing + Optional Chokhi Dhani Dinner

The whole day is dedicated to sightseeing in Jaipur on a guided excursion. From the enchanting Amber Fort and the City Palace to the astonishing Hawa Mahal and the Jantar Mantar, you’ll cover all of Jaipur’s delights in a few hours. Apart from these, you can look forward to being part of a genuine cultural experience with an optional dinner at Chokhi Dhani, an ethnic village resort that offers traditional Rajasthani cuisine, folk performances, and a glimpse into local customs.

Day 7

Departure from Jaipur

Following a hearty breakfast, the next step is to check out of the hotel and proceed with a prompt transfer to the airport. As you depart the city, carry with you the most cherished memories of exploring the Golden Triangle.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
