Itinerary

Day 1

NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport - Darjeeling

Your exciting Himalayan retreat begins as you arrive at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) and meet our representative, who transfers you to your accommodation in Darjeeling. Enjoy a pleasant three-hour ride filled with the most astonishing views until you reach your hotel. After check-in, relax or spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2

Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill

Following a relaxed transfer, the spectacular sunrise views from Tiger Hill ensure a perfect start to your second day. Be in awe as the sun lights up the snow-covered peaks of Kanchenjunga. Proceed to revered monasteries, lush tea gardens, vibrant local markets, and iconic landmarks that exude Himalayan heritage and colonial charm before you end the tour.

Day 3

Darjeeling - Gangtok

After breakfast and hotel check-out, embark on an enchanting drive toward Gangtok. This four-hour journey through mountainous routes, mist-clad valleys, and verdant tea gardens is nothing short of alluring. Once you arrive, check in to your room and spend the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 4

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

Dedicate the day to taking in the marvelous Himalayan landscape. Start at the high-altitude Tsomgo Lake at over 12,400 feet, located amid towering snowy peaks. After absorbing its unrivaled beauty, continue to the revered Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a revered shrine shrouded in legend. Return transfer is provided.

Day 5

Gangtok - Lachung

Today, you’ll head to Lachung on a spectacular six-hour drive from Gangtok. Make your way through windy roads flanked by verdant jungles, dazzling streams, and gushing waterfalls until you arrive at your accommodation. Finally, settle into your room for a cozy overnight stay.
Important Note: North Sikkim is a protected region, so bring passport-sized photos and a photocopy of a valid Photo ID for your permit. Traveler below 18 years must carry their birth certificates or school/college IDs. For a safe, smooth experience, vehicles like Innova Crysta are not recommended.

Day 6

Excursion to Yumthang Valley

Enjoy your breakfast and then set out on an exciting trip to the glorious Yumthang Valley, passing through mountain roads, pine trees, and rivers that characterize North Sikkim’s unspoiled beauty. Upon arrival, be ready to treat your eyes to the picture-perfect landscape, endowed with snow-covered peaks, sprawling meadows, and colorful seasonal blooms. As the tour ends, return transfer is provided.

Day 7

Lachung - Gangtok

Today, say goodbye to Lachung’s mindblowing beauty as you travel toward Gangtok on a scenic six-hour drive. As you reach, check in to your room and unwind or spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 8

Gangtok - NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport

Your memorable holiday wraps up as you check out of the hotel and join our representative for a hassle-free, five-hour drive to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your departure.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
