Day 1

Amsterdam

Welcome to Amsterdam! Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free at leisure. Tour details and meeting information will be available at the hotel reception.

Day 2

Amsterdam

Today, experience the charm of traditional Holland. We begin with a visit to Zaanse Schans, known for its iconic windmills, wooden houses, and scenic canals. Continue to Volendam, a picturesque fishing village. From Volendam, enjoy a boat ride to Marken, once an island, famous for its stilt houses and preserved traditions. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour of Amsterdam, covering major highlights including Museum Square, the windmill views, Rembrandt statue, and the modern South District. The tour concludes in the city center, where you will have free time to explore the canals, markets, and cafés at your own pace.

Day 3

Amsterdam – Hamelin – Berlin

Depart Amsterdam and travel into Germany. Stop at Hamelin, a charming town associated with the Pied Piper legend by the Brothers Grimm. Continue the journey towards Berlin, passing through Marienborn, the historic former East-West Germany border. Arrival in Berlin in the evening.

Day 4

Berlin

Discover Germany’s capital with a guided city tour. Highlights include Museum Island, the Television Tower, the historic cathedral, main shopping streets, Brandenburg Gate, and the Reichstag Building. We will also visit the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Memorial Museum, reflecting the country’s modern history. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, transfer to the lively Kantstrasse area.

Day 5

Berlin – Dresden – Prague

Travel through scenic forests to Dresden, renowned for its remarkable architecture and artistic heritage. Enjoy free time to explore and have lunch. Later, continue to Prague. Upon arrival, transfer to the Old Town Square for your first experience of this vibrant city. Free time for dinner before returning to the hotel.

Day 6

Prague

Explore Prague, often referred to as the Baroque jewel of Europe. Enjoy a panoramic city tour with a local guide, including entry to Prague Castle. Later, take an included cruise on the Vltava River. Afternoon at leisure to explore independently.

Day 7

Prague – Munich – Innsbruck

Depart for Bavaria and arrive in Munich by midday. Free time to explore the historic center and enjoy lunch. Continue to Austria and arrive in Innsbruck, capital of Tyrol. Enjoy time in the Old Town and around the Golden Roof area for dinner.

Day 8

Innsbruck – Salzburg

Visit the Swarovski Crystal Worlds (admission included), home to the world-renowned crystal creations. Proceed to Kitzbühel, a famous alpine ski resort and host of the prestigious Hahnenkamm Race. Continue to Salzburg, arriving by evening.

Day 9

Salzburg – Lake Traunsee – Vienna

Morning city tour of Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart, featuring its beautiful Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Travel through Austria’s scenic lake district to St. Wolfgang, a renowned pilgrimage town. Continue to Traunkirchen on the shores of Traunsee, where you will enjoy an included cruise to Gmunden. Proceed to Vienna for overnight stay.

Day 10

Vienna

Enjoy a panoramic city tour of Vienna with a local guide, showcasing its grand boulevards, palaces, parks, and historic center. Afternoon free for personal exploration. In the evening, transfer to the charming Grinzing, famous for its traditional wine taverns.

Child Policy:

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.

The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:

* Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.

* Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

* Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

Cancellations due to any natural calamity a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment Policy:

A booking amount 50% will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)

Balance payment to be completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may be released without any prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Penalties will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as specified in the contract:

From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the 50% payment is non-refundable.
Between 60 and 36 days before the start of the tour: 75% penalty.
Less than 36 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
