Day 1

Airport Pickup

After a warm meet and greet at Abu Dhabi International Airport, our dedicated representative will whisk you to your accommodation. Check in to the hotel, settle in, and spend the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 2

Airport Drop-Off

Start your second day right with a dose of excitement and thrill as you head to the West Straight Grandstand at Yas Marina Circuit. See up-close the racing venue and further gear up for more fun as you can gain complimentary access to one of Yas Island’s theme parks. Yes, you can choose to hit the exhilarating rides within Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, catch up with the classic Marvel and cartoon characters at Warner Bros. Day 3

Millennium Downtown

Make your way to the West Straight Grandstand to immerse yourself in a fascinating blend of action, amusement, and entertainment at the Main Oasis and F1™ Fan Zone. Indulge in an epic adventure like Giant Swing and step into a land of mind-bending displays at the Illusion Room. You can further participate in the terrific virtual car racing with the VR driving pods and enjoy a look at the track layout and how F1 teams ready their vehicles on a Pit Lane Walk. A spectrum of food and beverage outlets across the facility, plus the live music on the main stage, will energize and entertain you throughout.

Day 4

Ramada By Wyndham Abu Dhabi Downtown

Join the enthusiastic crowd at the West Straight Grandstand on this much-anticipated day! Once you settle into your comfortable seats, you can admire the most unparalleled views of the starting and finishing lines and catch up with all the wild on-track adventure as the cars zoom past you at over 300 kilometers per hour and compete across turns six and seven. Along with this, you can access all the fun and exciting activities at the main oasis and F1™ Fan Zone. After the event, watch the breathtaking fireworks display and the captivating Yasalam concert, where highly talented international artists perform.

Day 5

Airport Drop-Off

To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.

Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.

We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
