MSC Cruises reserves the right to cancel, halt, change, modify or substitute cabins, cabin experiences, ports and timing of call at any time and for any reason whatsoever without prior notice.
Visas are sole responsibility of the passengers. MSC cruises and Rayna Tours LLC will not be responsible for any boarding denials due to inadequate visas/documents held by passengers.
The itinerary is subject to change as a consequence of final berth or anchorage effective availability.
Pregnant women must, at the time of booking, produce a medical certificate from a doctor confirming the week of pregnancy and their fitness to travel on board a cruise ship for the period of the cruise and for the actual itinerary.
MSC Cruises cannot accept a booking by, or carry, any Guest who will be 24 weeks pregnant or more by the end of the Cruise. MSC Cruises is not responsible for any consequences resulting from a Guest’s condition, whether or not it is evident.
