Arrival at Tbilisi! As you step out of Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will escort you to the vehicle and then drive you to your accommodation or hotel in Tbilisi.

Enjoy an up-close and detailed look at the splendid Holy Trinity Cathedral, stop at the iconic Metekhi church, and capture some cool snaps against the monument of Vakhtang Gorgasali – the founder of Tbilisi.&nbsp;</div><div>As the tour continues, you will head to the Old Town whose highlights range from Narikala Fortress – a Persian Citadel to the antiquated Sulphur Bathhouse District and other monumental gems such as monumental treasures such as Sioni Cathedral. Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

  • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
  • Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure 
  • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents. 
  • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or more before the departure date – AED 1400
  • 30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 % 
  • 21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
  • 5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

Important note:

  • Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
  • In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
  • All the visa approval / rejections is subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities. 
  • Rayna Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline; Rayna Tours cannot be held liable for the same. 
  • If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
  • Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund

  • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
  • Booking amount of AED 1400 per person is required at the time of booking. 
  • The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
