Passports:
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates. Physical passport
required at check-in.
Infants:
Minimum age 6 months, with valid passport & visa.
Special
Health Needs: Passengers requiring special care must submit completed Costa
“Special Needs” forms (with medical documents) within 40 days of departure.
Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation or extra costs.
Pregnancy:
Guests beyond the 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise are not allowed to
sail. All pregnant guests must carry a medical certificate from a gynecologist
confirming fitness to travel and pregnancy stage.
