Al Ain Adventure sits at the foot of Jebel Hafeet, beside Green Mubazzarah, and is built around three whitewater rafting and kayaking channels with a combined length of over a kilometre, among the longest manmade whitewater runs in the world. A day here covers rafting, a wave pool and calmer pools for the whole family.

The rafting channels carry you through fast-moving whitewater on an inflatable raft, with duckies and tubing rides offering a gentler version of the same current for those who want less intensity. The wave pool generates waves up to 3.3 metres, giving a beach-style swell in the middle of the park, while surfing and kayaking sessions run along the same channels for those who want to try either sport. Families can head to Aqua Island, an inflatable playground built for kids, or slow down at the Oasis Pool, which has Jacuzzi areas, cabanas and greenery for a quieter break between the more active rides.

Certified instructors, lifeguards and first-aid staff are on hand throughout the park, and Rayna's local team handles the booking so support is available if you have questions before your visit.

• Some activities, such as surf sessions, run on specific time slots, and activities may be delayed or paused during extreme weather conditions.
• Re-entry is permitted on the same day with a valid park wristband.
