bohemian Montmartre, and iconic landmarks. The tour features a Seine cruise and

Day 1
ZURICH
Welcome to Rayna Tours!
Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you
can enjoy some leisure time. In the afternoon, please check the information
boards at the hotel reception for specific details regarding the start of your
tour.

Day 2
ZURICH
After a hearty breakfast. Discover
the cultural heart of Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city. Following the city
tour, enjoy a relaxing 2-hour cruise across Lake Zurich, with stops at
beautiful lakeside hamlets. Disembark in Rapperswil to explore its famous
medieval castle. Later in the day, ride back to Zurich by train to experience
Switzerland’s world-class rail network.
Note: We might use public buses
or trains depending on the group size.

Day 3
ZURICH - LUCERNE – ZURICH
Today is dedicated to
Switzerland’s iconic landscapes of breathtaking scenery as we explore the
Interlaken area. Starting in Grindelwald, after a quick coffee, we’ll ascend by
cable car to walk a scenic mountain path leading to a thrilling suspension
bridge—perfect for viewing the surrounding glaciers. After an included mountain
lunch, you’ll visit Lucerne, widely considered one of the country's most
beautiful cities, before returning to Zurich.

Day 4
ZURICH - STRASBOURG – PARIS
We depart Zurich this morning for Strasbourg, the capital of
Alsace. This charming city is famous for its unique blend of French and German
cultures. You’ll have leisure time to explore its historic streets before we
continue our drive to Paris, where we will arrive in the evening.

Day 5
PARIS
After a delicious breakfast. Today’s journey takes you to
the legendary Palace of Versailles to admire its historic grandeur and gardens.
Back in Paris, you’ll visit the artistic heart of the city, Montmartre, before
joining a local expert for a scenic city tour of Paris’s most famous landmarks.
After a full day of sightseeing, you’ll head back to the hotel. Unwind the day
with an optional evening variety show for those looking for a classic Parisian
experience.

Day 6
PARIS
Your morning begins in the heart of Paris with a visit to
the legendary Eiffel Tower, where you’ll ascend to the second floor (tickets
included) for spectacular views. Following this, we’ll enjoy a scenic boat ride
on the Seine, lasting about an hour and fifteen minutes. You will then have a free
afternoon to discover Paris independently. Please note that the return
transfer to the hotel is not included, allowing you to stay out as long as you
like.
Please note: If there are long queues at the Eiffel Tower,
we may adjust the schedule to a different time or move the visit to Sunday to
ensure a smoother experience.

Day 7
PARIS
After breakfast, your journey concludes. We hope you depart
with a heart full of wonderful memories and stories to share from your time in

Policy:
Minors must always travel
accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another
adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required,
confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who
assumes full responsibility.
The following discounts apply only
if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one
child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with
the triple room discount:

Children under
3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the
coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional
services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by
the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is
subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important:
On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance
if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability
of an approved child restraint system.

Children
aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount
on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or
“Trip Styles” tours).

Children
aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount
on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or
“Trip Styles” tours).
Confirmation Vouchers & Travel
Documents:

You will receive the Booking
Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
·
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and
travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
·
Please carry your original travel
documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit,
Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land
confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
·
You are requested to check in online
prior to the departure
Important note:
·
Rooms and rates are subject to
availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any
point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the
check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding
charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
·
All visa approvals or rejections are
subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
·
We act as facilitators for making
travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of
customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned
Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
·
As a travel company, we are not
responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
·
Cancellations due to any natural
calamity a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or
lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be
subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain
a maximum refund.
Payment Policy:
A booking amount 50% will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)
Balance payment to be completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may be released without any prior notice.
Cancellation Policy:
Penalties will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as specified in the contract:
• From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the 50% payment is non-refundable.
• Between 60 and 36 days before the start of the tour: 75% penalty.
• Less than 36 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
