Overview Enjoy a wonderful trip from Zurich to Rome. You will see beautiful Swiss lakes, ride a cable car in the mountains, and visit the city of Lucerne. Then, travel into Italy to see Bellinzona’s castles and the pretty town of Como. Visit Milan and the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa before finishing your tour in Rome, where you will explore the ancient Colosseum and Vatican City.

Itinerary

Day 1

ZURICH

Welcome to Rayna Tours!

We will meet you at Zurich Airport for your transfer to the hotel. After settling in, enjoy some free time at your leisure. Later today, you’ll find essential schedule updates and tour information posted on the boards located in the hotel lobby.

Overnight at Zurich.

Day 2

ZURICH

After a warm breakfast. Explore Zurich, the biggest city in Switzerland and a famous center for culture and money. After the city tour, take a 2-hour boat ride on Lake Zurich. You will see many pretty villages along the water. Step ashore in Rapperswil, a beautiful town with an old castle. To end the day, we will take a train back to Zurich.

Note: We might use public buses or trains depending on the group size.

Day 3

ZURICH-LUCERNE-ZURICH

Experience the best of the Swiss Alps today as we travel through the Interlaken region. We begin in Grindelwald, where you can enjoy the alpine air before ascending by cable car. For a bit of thrill, walk the mountain path to the suspension bridge for a front-row view of the glaciers. Once we finish our included meal at the peak, we’ll make our way down to visit the charming and scenic city of Lucerne. Enjoy some leisure time to explore its famous bridges and squares before we return to Zurich.

Note: An optional excursion to Mount Titlis is also available. This tour includes a ride on a revolving cable car to a 3,000-meter peak, offering a panoramic view of the eternal snows.

Day 4

ZURICH - BELLINZONA - COMO - MILAN

Today you will start early from Zurich and drive across the mountains to reach Bellinzona, famous for its three ancient castles. You will have free time to walk through the pretty city centre. Next, we cross into Italy for lunch in Como, a beautiful town with a famous lake and gardens. Our journey continues to Milan, where we’ll visit the impressive Piazza del Duomo. Enjoy some leisure time in the city before we transfer you to your hotel.

Day 5

MILAN - PISA – ROME

After a good breakfast. Your journey continues today as you head to Pisa. Upon arrival, you’ll hop on a tourist train to reach the Square of Miracles. You’ll have plenty of time to take photos and admire the incredible Leaning Tower and the surrounding historic buildings. Later, we’ll head to Rome to settle in for the night.

Day 6

ROME

Begin your morning with a three-hour guided tour of the city. This experience blends a scenic bus ride with a walking tour through Imperial Rome, offering a deep dive into one of Western civilization’s most influential capitals. You’ll see legendary landmarks, including the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Arch of Constantine, and the Circus Maximus. We’ll also pass the Baths of Caracalla, the Pyramid of Cestius, and the historic Castel Sant’Angelo. The tour concludes at Vatican City around 11:00 a.m., where you can join an optional excursion to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. In the evening, you’ll provide a transfer to the vibrant Trastevere district, a perfect spot for dinner in a lively atmosphere, before returning to the hotel at 8:30 p.m.

Day 7

ROME

Important Information

Child Policy:

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.

The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:

• Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.

• Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

• Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

• You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.

• Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure

• Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.

• You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.

• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

• We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.

• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.

• Cancellations due to any natural calamity a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment Policy:

A booking amount 50% will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)

Balance payment to be completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may be released without any prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Penalties will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as specified in the contract:

• From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the 50% payment is non-refundable.

• Between 60 and 36 days before the start of the tour: 75% penalty.

• Less than 36 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
