Welcome to Rayna Tours!

This 8-day tour explores the best of Switzerland and France. You will start in Zurich and Lucerne with lake cruises and Swiss chocolate. Experience the "Top of Europe" at Jungfraujoch and the heights of Glacier 3000 before a scenic train ride. Next, travel to Paris for a guided city tour, a visit to the Palace of Versailles, and views from the Eiffel Tower. Finally, enjoy a magical day at Disneyland Paris before your flight home.

• All sightseeing and accommodation will be as per the above-mentioned itinerary. 
• 7N accommodation in the below-mentioned 4-star properties or similar with daily continental breakfast (breakfast includes bread with butter, jam, cereals, juice, milk & coffee) and 06 Indian Jain / Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian lunches and 07 Indian Jain / Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian dinners. 
• Note: All provided boxed meals will cater to vegetarian and Jain dietary requirements, and at certain tour stops, we may offer a meal allowance instead of a pre-packed lunch, giving you the freedom to choose your local dining experience.
• Cost of insurance for the duration of the tour.
• All transfers and excursions with entrance fees as specified
• Travel by deluxe air-conditioned coach
• Services of a professional, friendly, and multilingual tour manager or a local representative. (subject to a minimum of 15 customers).
• The cost of a basic travel quota is equivalent to USD 250,000.
• Government taxes and any additional statutory charges as applicable

• Visa: Please note visa assistance can be provided on request.
• Tipping is customary for service providers such as coach drivers, local guides, hotel staff, and restaurant personnel. A mandatory tip of EUR 3 per person, per day, applies. For the 8-day tour, the total tips amount is EUR 24 per person to be paid to the tour manager on Day 01 of the tour.
• Porterage Services.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, wines, mineral water, beverages not included in the group menu, minibar usage, telephone charges, and similar incidentals.
• Meals other than those specified in the itinerary
• Costs of optional excursions, additional sightseeing, entrance fees, or local guides not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Private airport transfers and expenses for suggested or optional tours not included in the main program
• Any Entrances fees other than mentioned
• Anything not mentioned in inclusions

Child Policy:

• Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility
• The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and are only combinable with the triple room discount:
• Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
• Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
• Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

•        You will receive the booking confirmation with the flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.

• Hotel confirmation, land voucher, and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
• Please carry your original travel documents while travelling, like a valid passport with a valid UAE residence permit, Emirates ID card, the hard copies of your flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance, and other related documents.
• You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs., and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities
• We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned embassy or airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic, or any natural calamity leading to force majeure or lockdown in the destination, resulting in flight or hotel cancellation, will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

• The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure, failing which the services may be released. 
• The total cost of the flight and hotel is required at the time of booking.
