Your journey begins at Lake Sevan, it is not only the largest body of water in Armenia and the Caucasus region but also one of the largest freshwater high-altitude lakes in the world, situated at 1,897 meters above sea level, known for its stunning natural beauty. Nearby, you will visit Sevanavank Monastery a 9th-century religious complex built by Princess Mariam in memory of her husband.
The tour then takes you to Tsaghkadzor City, a picturesque spa town and one of Armenia’s most popular winter and health resorts. Nestled in the mountains, it offers a stunning natural landscape throughout the year. While there, you have the option to experience the Tsaghkadzor Ropeway, an arm-chaired lift with five stations that carries you to the mountain peaks, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
