Itinerary

Day 1

Vienna

Welcome to Vienna! Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy free time at leisure. Tour briefing details will be available at the hotel reception.

Day 2

Vienna

Discover Austria’s elegant capital on a guided panoramic city tour featuring grand boulevards, palaces, parks, and the historic center. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, enjoy an included transfer to the charming wine district of Grinzing, known for its traditional taverns.

Day 3

Vienna – Budapest

Travel to Budapest, Hungary’s capital. Free time along lively Váci Street before enjoying a scenic Danube River cruise. Continue with a panoramic city tour showcasing Buda and Pest. Optional Hungarian folklore dinner show in the evening.

Day 4

Budapest – Bratislava – Prague

Depart for Bratislava, Slovakia’s picturesque capital, and enjoy time to explore its historic center. Continue to Prague, arriving in the evening.

Day 5

Prague

Explore Prague on a guided city tour, including entry to Prague Castle and a relaxing Vltava River cruise. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 6

Prague – Pilsen – Rothenburg – Frankfurt

Stop in Pilsen to explore its historic center before continuing along Germany’s Romantic Road to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, a beautifully preserved medieval town. Arrive in Frankfurt for an overnight stay.

Day 7

Frankfurt – Rhine Cruise – Cologne – Amsterdam

Enjoy a scenic Rhine River cruise between Rüdesheim and St. Goar. Visit Cologne to admire its magnificent cathedral before continuing to Amsterdam.

Day 8

Amsterdam

Experience traditional Holland with visits to Zaanse Schans, Volendam, and Marken (including a boat ride). Later, enjoy a guided tour of Amsterdam and free time to explore its canals and cafés.

Day 9

Amsterdam – Brussels – Paris

Travel to Brussels, Belgium’s capital, to admire the Grand Place and Manneken Pis. Continue onward to Paris, France.

Day 11

Paris – Rouen

Visit the Eiffel Tower (2nd level entry included) and enjoy a Seine River cruise. Afternoon at leisure before traveling to Rouen in Normandy.

Day 12

Rouen – Canterbury – London

Travel to northern France and cross the English Channel by ferry. Visit Canterbury’s historic center before continuing to London. Evening free near Tower Bridge.

Day 13

London

Guided panoramic tour of London featuring iconic landmarks such as Parliament, the Thames, and Buckingham Palace. Evening walk through Piccadilly, Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho.

Day 14

London

Visit the British Museum and enjoy time in Camden Market. Afternoon at leisure. Tour concludes after breakfast.

Important Information

Child Policy:

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.
The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:
Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with a flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.

Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure

Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like a valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.

You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.

As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.

Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

A booking amount 50% will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)
Balance payment to be completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may be released without any prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Penalties will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as specified in the contract:

From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the 50% payment is non-refundable.
Between 60 and 36 days before the start of the tour: 75% penalty.
Less than 36 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
