Itinerary

Day 1

Vienna

Welcome to Vienna! Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Information regarding your tour program and meeting arrangements will be available at the hotel reception.

Day 2

Vienna

Enjoy a guided panoramic tour of Vienna, showcasing its grand boulevards, impressive palaces, expansive parks, and vibrant city center. The afternoon is free for independent exploration. In the evening, a transfer is included to the charming Grinzing district, renowned for its traditional wine taverns, where you may enjoy dinner at leisure.

Day 3

Vienna – Budapest

Depart for Budapest, the capital of Hungary. On arrival, enjoy free time along lively Váci Street for lunch. Later, experience a scenic cruise on the Danube River, offering spectacular views of historic Buda and vibrant Pest. A panoramic city tour follows, highlighting the city’s major landmarks. Evening at leisure, with an optional traditional Hungarian dinner and folklore show available.

Day 4

Budapest – Bratislava – Prague

Travel to Bratislava, Slovakia’s charming capital on the banks of the Danube. Enjoy time to explore its picturesque Old Town and have lunch at leisure. Continue onward to Prague, Czech Republic. In the evening, an included transfer will take you to the Old Town Square, where you can enjoy dinner and soak in the lively atmosphere before returning to the hotel.

Day 5

Prague

Discover Prague, the “City of a Hundred Spires,” on a guided panoramic tour featuring its most iconic monuments. Visit Prague Castle (admission included) and enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the Vltava River. The afternoon is free for you to explore this beautiful city at your own pace.

Day 6

Prague – Pilsen – Rothenburg – Frankfurt

Depart Prague and stop in Pilsen, famous for its brewing heritage and historic Old Town Square. Continue into Germany along part of the Romantic Road to visit Rothenburg ob der Tauber, one of the country’s most picturesque medieval towns. Later, proceed to Frankfurt. Upon arrival, enjoy free time in the historic city center.

Day 7

Frankfurt – Rhine Cruise – Cologne – Amsterdam

Today, enjoy a scenic cruise along the most picturesque stretch of the Rhine River between Rüdesheim and St. Goar. Continue to Cologne to admire its magnificent Gothic cathedral. Later, travel to Amsterdam, arriving in the evening.

Day 8

Amsterdam

Explore the quintessential Dutch countryside. Visit Zaanse Schans, known for its windmills and traditional houses, followed by the fishing village of Volendam. Take a boat ride to Marken, famed for its wooden houses. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour of Amsterdam, including highlights such as Museum Square and the historic city center. The remainder of the day is free to explore the canals, markets, and cafés at leisure.

Amsterdam

After breakfast, your memorable European journey concludes.

Important Information

Child Policy:

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.
The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:
Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with a flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like a valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

A booking amount 50% will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)
Balance payment to be completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may be released without any prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Penalties will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as specified in the contract:

From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the 50% payment is non-refundable.
Between 60 and 36 days before the start of the tour: 75% penalty.
Less than 36 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
