Welcome to Rayna Tours!
After we transfer you to your hotel, enjoy some free time to settle in. Check the reception area this afternoon for tour details posted on the information boards. Enjoy a warm Indian dinner at the hotel.

Day 2
VIENNA
Following a delicious buffet breakfast, head out on a guided journey through Vienna. We’ll showcase everything from majestic avenues to royal residences, giving you a perfect introduction to the city's vibrant heart. After this panoramic overview, you’ll have the rest of the day free to explore the city's charming cafes and shops at your own pace. End the day with a delicious Indian dinner at a restaurant.

Day 3
VIENNA – BUDAPEST
After breakfast and check-out, a three-hour drive brings you to Budapest. Explore the lively Váci utca before an included Danube cruise, offering stunning views of historic Buda and modern Pest. Next, enjoy a guided tour of the "Queen of the Danube" and an included lunch. Enjoy some leisure time to explore at your own pace. Later this evening, you can join an optional excursion to an authentic Magyar folklore show, complete with a traditional dinner.

Day 4
BUDAPEST - BRATISLAVA – PRAGUE
We’ll depart Budapest early and head for Bratislava, the charming capital of Slovakia. This picturesque city along the Danube features a beautiful historic center, which you will have time to explore and enjoy lunch in. Afterward, we continue to the Czech Republic. Upon arrival in Prague by evening, you’ll visit the iconic Old Town Square, a central hub perfect for soaking in Prague’s lively energy and historic architecture. Later, check in to your hotel and have a relaxed Indian dinner.

Day 5
PRAGUE
After a good buffet breakfast. Today you explore Prague, often called the "Baroque Jewel of Europe." Join an expert local guide for an insightful panoramic tour of Prague’s legendary landmarks, featuring a guided visit to the historic Prague Castle (entry tickets included). Afterward, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on the Vltava River. Post your lunch at a restaurant. The afternoon is set free at leisure. Discover the city’s charm independently.

Day 6
PRAGUE - PILSEN - ROTHENBURG – FRANKFURT
Leaving Prague early, you head to Pilsen, Bohemia, to admire its iconic Plague Column and historic architecture. After crossing into Germany, you’ll travel the Romantic Road to visit Rothenburg, widely considered one of the country's most beautiful medieval towns. Finally, you arrive in Frankfurt, Germany’s financial hub. Enjoy a free evening in the city’s historic heart followed by a delicious Indian dinner.

Day 7
FRANKFURT - CRUISE ON THE RHINE - COLOGNE – AMSTERDAM
Today, we enjoy a scenic cruise along the most picturesque stretch of the Rhine, sailing between the charming villages of Rüdesheim and St. Goar. Next, you head to Cologne for a stop at its iconic, towering cathedral before crossing into Holland. Your journey then continues into the Netherlands, arriving in Amsterdam this evening. An Indian dinner is included to end the day.

Day 8
AMSTERDAM
Today is all about the classic Dutch landscape. On completion of your breakfast, you visit the windmills at Zaanse Schans, the charming village of Volendam, and the historic stilt houses of Marken via a short boat ride. Later, enjoy a guided tour of Amsterdam’s highlights, like the iconic image of the windmill, the Rembrandt statue, and the diamond cutting at Museum Square. Finally, the tour ends with a walk into the heart of the city. Spend your leisure time exploring Amsterdam’s world-famous canals, bustling local markets, and charming street-side cafés. Enjoy Indian dinner by the end of the day.

Child Policy:
Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.
The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:
• Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
• Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
• Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
• You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
• Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
• Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
• You are requested to check in online prior to the departure
Important note:
• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
• Cancellations due to any natural calamity a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.
Payment Policy:
A booking amount 50%
will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)
Balance payment to be
completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may
be released without any prior notice.
Cancellation Policy:
Penalties will apply
depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as
specified in the contract:
