Overview

Embark on a breathtaking northern Saudi adventure through dramatic valleys, sandstone mountains, and untouched desert landscapes. This 3-night journey takes you to Tabuk, the stunning canyon oasis of Wadi Disah, and the spectacular rock formations of Jabal Bajdah in the majestic Hisma Desert.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Tabuk

Upon arrival at Tabuk Airport, proceed to Passport Control for immigration followed by baggage collection and clearing customs formalities. After baggage collection, walk towards the arrival lounge where you shall be met by our representative who will assist while transferring to hotel and check in formalities.

Late afternoon enjoy a half day sightseeing tour of the city, Explore Tabuk and its ancient history with your expert tour guide, your journey will start with a visit to ancient Tabuk Ottoman Castle. It is among some of the most well-known attractions of the city and includes a mosque as well as well-preserved guard towers. This old castle also houses a museum that offers tourists a detailed timeline of the interesting history of the province, also visit the Hijaz Railway Station (Tabuk station) which is another great historical spot of the Ottoman era. Tabuk is also known for the Al Tawba Mosque. The Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) stayed at this mosque during the expedition of Tabuk. This mosque was renovated by King Faisal bin Abdul Aziz in a manner similar to the Masjid An Nabawi of Madinah. – Non - Muslims are only allowed to take photographs from outside the mosque.

Day 2

Excursion to Wadi Disah

Morning after breakfast hop on in your 4x4 vehicle and start your off-road adventure to Wadi Disah (3 Hrs). Wadi Disah, is a mountainous region and one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Saudi Arabia. The valley is nestled between majestic cliffs, reaching heights of 400 metres. Al Disah, known as the “valley of palm trees,” is a picture-perfect landscape. Enjoy lunch at Oasis, Later after the visit drive back to Tabuk for overnight stay.

Day 3

Excursion to Bajdah Hismah Mountain

Today morning embark on an adventurous journey of Bajdah Hismah mountain in 4x4 vehicle with expert guide. Jordan is famous for its Wadi Rum desert, but it is less known that its iconic sandstone formations spread across the border with Saudi Arabia as far as 200 Km to the south until the grandiose Wadi Qaraqir (aka Bajdah Hismah mountain). The main part of Jibal Hisma is located between the majestic Jebel Al-Lawz on the west and the plain surrounding the city of Tabuk on the east. Bajdah desert, located around 100 KM northwest of Tabuk, It is characterized by the beautiful hills and its multicolored sandbanks. It's a mesmerizing collage of colors, mountain scapes, valleys, and sands of various hues of red and pink. Enjoy picnic lunch in the Wadi, after a fun-filled day return back to Tabuk for an overnight stay

Day 4

Departure transfer

Today morning you will be transferred to Tabuk airport in time to board your return flight back home.

We want your travel experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please go through these important points before your travel.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Rayna Tours, including group tours, customized holidays, corporate travel, and any other domestic, international, or inbound travel arrangements.

Rayna Tours will assist you with your visa application; however, the final decision on approval rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from your intended return date.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions shared with you at the time of confirming your package.

Any modifications to the confirmed itinerary are subject to availability, and rates may vary depending on the revised travel dates.

Once issued and shared, travel vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The itinerary confirmed via email by your travel consultant will be considered the official and final version of your travel plan.

In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel/schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged (surcharges might be applicable).

In rare cases, certain trips or activities may be cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, union matters, government regulations, or other unexpected events. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements.

Failure to pay the full amount by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your booking or services, at our sole discretion.

The services included in your package will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Any services not explicitly mentioned are excluded and must be paid for separately.

Price is based on the quoted hotels, transport, and sightseeing options. Any change in category or services will affect the final cost.

Amendment Policy

Amendments to dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Travel Documents & Visa

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Obtaining visas is the responsibility of the passenger unless stated otherwise.

The company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

Special Requests

Meal preferences, adjoining rooms, early check-ins or specific seat allocations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

A minimum of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure services.

Full payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.

Booking made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Flights full payment needs to be paid at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Non-Operational Sightseeing or Activities

In the event that a paid activity is rendered inoperative due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstance, a refund will be initiated. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements. Please note that cash refunds are not applicable in such situations.

For complimentary activities (not charged to the guest), no refund will be applicable.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure Events

In the event of trip cancellation due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, Rayna will make every effort to obtain the highest possible refund. This will be subject to the cancellation policies of our service providers, trade partners, and vendors involved in the booking.

Government-Imposed Travel Restrictions

In case of an official travel ban for Indian nationals to the booked destination, guests will be offered either an alternative itinerary or, where possible, a rescheduled trip to a later date. Seasonal surcharges may apply in such cases.
