Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at Jammu – Transfer to Katra

Arrive at Jammu Railway Station / Jammu Airport, where our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to Katra (approx. 2 hours’ drive). Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax after your journey. The rest of the day is free for leisure, allowing you to explore the local markets or prepare for the holy pilgrimage. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2

Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan

Early morning, head to the sacred Mata Vaishno Devi Temple Darshan. Pilgrims can undertake the trek on foot or opt for pony, palki, or helicopter services (direct payment). Seek blessings at the holy shrine and soak in the spiritual atmosphere of the Trikuta Hills. Return to Katra by evening and relax at the hotel. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3

Katra – Srinagar Transfer

After breakfast, drive towards Srinagar, the heart of Kashmir (approx. 8–9 hours). Enjoy scenic mountain views, rivers, and charming villages along the way. On arrival, check in at your hotel and unwind. In the evening, enjoy leisure time near Dal Lake or explore nearby markets. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4

Srinagar Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the beautiful Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, famous for their terraced lawns and panoramic views. Visit the sacred Shankaracharya Temple, offering stunning views of Srinagar city and Dal Lake. Later, explore local handicraft markets for souvenirs and traditional Kashmiri products. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 5

Srinagar – Gulmarg Excursion

Post breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, known for its lush meadows, snow-capped peaks, and adventure activities (approx. 2 hours one way). Enjoy the famous Gondola Cable Car Ride (optional) for breathtaking Himalayan views. During winter, indulge in snow activities like skiing and sledging, while summer offers scenic walks and photography opportunities. Return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 6

Srinagar – Pahalgam Transfer

After breakfast, enjoy a four-hour drive to Pahalgam. En route, visit the colorful Saffron Fields and historic Avantipura Ruins. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax by the riverside. You may explore nearby valleys such as Aru Valley and Betaab Valley (optional, local vehicle on direct payment). Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 7

Pahalgam – Srinagar | Houseboat Stay & Shikara Ride

After breakfast, return to Srinagar and check into a beautiful Deluxe Houseboat on Dal Lake. Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of floating gardens and scenic mountain views. In the evening, enjoy a memorable Shikara Ride on Dal Lake, witnessing the sunset and vibrant floating markets. Overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 8

Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with beautiful memories of your spiritual and scenic holiday.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
