Day 1

Arrival in Srinagar & Mughal Garden Visits and Shikara Ride

Arrive at Srinagar Airport and be transferred to your prearranged hotel. Settle into your room and later set out to explore the Mughal Gardens including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, known for their terraced lawns, fountains, and panoramic views of Dal Lake. In the evening, enjoy a serene Shikara Ride on Dal Lake. Sail past floating gardens and classic houseboats as you marvel at enchanting sunset views. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 2

Gulmarg Excursion – Meadows & Snow Activities

Today’s highlight is a full-day trip to Gulmarg, a two-hour drive away. It’s a favorite of nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts. Experience the famous Gondola Cable Car Ride (optional) offering breathtaking views of snow-clad peaks and valleys. Relax in green meadows, and participate in exciting snow activities in winter. Day 3

Sonmarg Day Trip – Thajiwas Glacier

After breakfast, join for a pleasant drive to Sonmarg, which is 80 kilometers away and dubbed the “Meadow of Gold.” Admire snow-capped mountains and rivers along the way. Visit Thajiwas Glacier, and experience an optional pony ride to take in the glacier. Spend the day amidst pristine landscapes and return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4

Pahalgam Excursion – Valleys & Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, also called the “Valley of Shepherds.” En route, visit the colorful Saffron Fields, ancient Avantipur Ruins, and scenic Apple Orchards. Explore the charming Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (local vehicle on direct payment). Day 5

Deluxe Houseboat Stay – Dal Lake Leisure & Shopping

After breakfast, transfer to a Deluxe Houseboat on Dal Lake. Spend the day at leisure exploring local bazaars, handicraft shops, and the unique floating market. Relax on the houseboat while enjoying the marvelous lake views. In the evening, savor a traditional Kashmiri dinner and witness a beautiful sunset over Dal Lake. Overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 6

Departure

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and get transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, taking back wonderful memories of Kashmir’s striking settings, verdant valleys, and cultural experiences.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
