We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip. 

  • Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy. 
  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends. 
  • Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas. 
  • Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day. 
  • Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified. 
  • Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable. 
  • Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options. 
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control. 
  • Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel. 
  • Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies. 
  • Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.
30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.
20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.
Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms: 
 
  • Booking Confirmation: 
A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. 
The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season. 

  • Balance Payment: 
The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date. 
For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation. 

  • Mode of Payment: 
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours. 
Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges. 

  • Booking Confirmation Vouchers: 
Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.

This review has come in quite late, but it truly needed a mention! This was my second time coordinating with Raju at Rayna Tours, and once again, the experience was seamless from start to finish. He was always prompt in his communication, patiently customized our Uzbekistan itinerary to suit our requirements, and ensured we received a good package at a competitive price. Considering that we were two ladies travelling on our own, he also took care to suggest suitable flight timings and travel dates, which made the journey feel more comfortable and practical. He was equally accommodating when we requested changes to the hotels and other parts of the itinerary, making the entire planning process smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Akash for the excellent pre-departure support. He shared all the essential details for our Uzbekistan trip on WhatsApp—including hotel information, local guide details, flight and train tickets, travel tips, and other important information—making everything easily accessible throughout the journey. He also reminded us of the documents we needed to carry and followed it up with a phone call to walk us through the itinerary, answer our questions, and reassure us before departure. That personal touch made us feel well prepared and confident before setting off. The entire journey was smooth, well-organized, and truly enjoyable, leaving us with wonderful memories. Right from coordinating our travel between Delhi and Manali, as well as Bhuntar to Delhi, to arranging comfortable accommodations, everything was managed efficiently and professionally.
