Day 1

Arrival in Jammu – Scenic Drive to Srinagar

Arrive at Jammu Railway Station / Airport and meet our representative for a beautiful drive to Srinagar (approx. 8–9 hours). Enjoy breathtaking views of mountains, rivers, and charming villages' en route. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after the journey. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk along the famous Boulevard Road near Dal Lake, soaking in the cool mountain breeze and vibrant local atmosphere. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2

Srinagar – Sonmarg Excursion (Glacier & Snow Experience)

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, also known as the “Meadow of Gold” (approx. 2.5 hours one way). Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows, Sonmarg offers breathtaking scenery. You may enjoy an optional pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier, where you can experience snow activities and panoramic Himalayan views. Spend time exploring the lush valleys and river streams before returning to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 3

Srinagar Local Sightseeing – Gardens & Temple

After breakfast, visit the sacred Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of Srinagar city and Dal Lake. Continue your sightseeing with a visit to the famous Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, known for their beautifully landscaped terraces, fountains, and floral beauty. Day 4

Srinagar – Gulmarg Transfer (Meadows & Gondola Ride)

Day 5

Gulmarg – Pahalgam Transfer (Valley Drive Experience)

Day 6

Pahalgam Local Sightseeing – Valleys Exploration

After breakfast, explore the scenic beauty of Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (on a local vehicle, direct payment basis). Day 7

Pahalgam – Srinagar | Houseboat Stay & Shikara Ride

After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar. On arrival, check in to a beautifully crafted Deluxe Houseboat on Dal Lake. Relax and enjoy the calm surroundings of floating gardens and mountain reflections. In the evening, enjoy a romantic Shikara Ride on Dal Lake as you witness a magical sunset. Day 8

Srinagar – Jammu Departure

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
