Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Srinagar - Mughal Garden Visits and Shikara Ride

Arrive at Srinagar Airport and meet our representative for a comfortable transfer to your hotel. After freshening up, visit the world-famous Mughal Gardens, such as Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, with terraced lawns, cascading fountains, colorful flowerbeds, and stunning views of Dal Lake and mountains. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful Shikara Ride on Dal Lake, passing through floating gardens and timeless houseboats while soaking in the magical sunset views. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 2

Srinagar – Gulmarg Excursion (Meadows & Snow Adventures)

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, one of India’s most popular hill stations and a haven for adventure seekers and nature enthusiasts. Enjoy a scenic drive through alpine landscapes with pine forests. Experience the famous Gondola Cable Car Ride (optional), offering panoramic views of snow-covered peaks and valleys.
Depending on when you visit, indulge in skiing, snowboarding, and sledging, among other winter activities, or simply explore lush meadows, walking trails, and photography spots on your summer trip. Return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3

Srinagar – Pahalgam Day Trip (Valleys & Nature Trails)

After breakfast, head to Pahalgam, popularly known as the “Valley of Shepherds.” En route, visit the aromatic Saffron Fields, the historic Avantipur Ruins, and the picturesque Apple Orchards. On arrival, explore stunning attractions like Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (local taxi on direct payment), famous for lush greenery, riverside views, and snow-capped mountain backdrops. Enjoy laidback moments amid nature before returning to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4

Srinagar – Deluxe Houseboat Stay & Local Markets

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to a classic Deluxe Houseboat on Dal Lake. Spend the day at leisure visiting local bazaars, shopping for handicraft shops, or exploring dry fruit markets. Relax on the houseboat while enjoying tranquil lake views and cool mountain air. In the evening, savor a delicious traditional Kashmiri dinner and feast your senses with mesmerizing sunset views over Dal Lake. Overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 5

Departure

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, carrying beautiful memories of your Kashmir holiday.

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
