Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Helsinki

Upon arrival in Helsinki, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or explore the nearby area. Overnight stay at a 4★ hotel in Helsinki

Day 2

Helsinki Panorama Sightseeing & Overnight Train to Rovaniemi

After breakfast, proceed on your own to Esplanade Park to join the Helsinki Panorama Sightseeing Tour, a popular winter bus tour that showcases the city’s highlights, offering insights into Helsinki’s history and culture. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour 45 minutes and ends at the Market Square. After the tour, return to the hotel to relax and prepare for your overnight journey. Board the overnight train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi at 23:13, arriving the next day at 11:03. Overnight on the train in comfortable sleeper cabins.

Day 3

Arrival in Rovaniemi & Snowmobile Safari

On arrival in Rovaniemi, you will be transferred to your hotel, with luggage storage available before check-in (after 3 PM). In the afternoon, embark on an exciting Snowmobile Safari (1 snowmobile per 2 persons, group tour). Drive through snow-covered forests and over frozen rivers under the Arctic sky. With a bit of luck, you may witness the Northern Lights. Enjoy warm beverages and snacks by a campfire while learning about Lapland and the Aurora Borealis. Overnight stay at a 4★ hotel in Rovaniemi.

Day 4

Santa Claus Village, Santa Park & Northern Lights Photography

After breakfast, visit the enchanting Santa Claus Village, where you can post letters, shop for souvenirs, enjoy reindeer or husky sleigh rides, try downhill sledging, and taste hot glöggi in the Ice Bar. Continue to Santa Park, a themed amusement and cultural centre featuring performances, games, exhibitions, and shops. In the evening, join a Northern Lights Photography Tour by minivan to capture the magical auroras around Rovaniemi. Overnight stay at a 4★ hotel in Rovaniemi.

Day 5

Reindeer Sleigh Safari

Post breakfast, enjoy a traditional Reindeer Safari (available December to March). Meet reindeer herders and learn about their lifestyle. Experience a 45-minute sleigh ride through the Arctic wilderness, followed by warm drinks, buns, and biscuits by a campfire. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore Rovaniemi or relax. Overnight stay at a 4★ hotel in Rovaniemi.

Day 6

Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Rovaniemi Airport for your departure, marking the end of your unforgettable Finnish Arctic experience.

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.

Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
