Itinerary

Day 1

Dubai to Helsinki

You depart from Dubai in the morning on your scheduled flight to Helsinki, Finland’s elegant capital. Upon arrival at Helsinki Airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your centrally located hotel where you can freshen up and enjoy a light lunch. In the afternoon, head out for a leisurely walk through Senate Square, taking in the striking neoclassical architecture of the Helsinki Cathedral and the surrounding historic buildings. Explore the bustling Esplanadi Park nearby, dotted with cafes and shops showcasing Finnish design and local crafts. As the evening settles in, enjoy your first Finnish dinner at a cozy city restaurant sampling local specialties such as salmon or reindeer if you wish, before returning to your hotel to rest.

Day 2

Flight to Rovaniemi & Arctic Village Experience

After an early breakfast, you’ll transfer to Helsinki Airport for your domestic flight north to Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland and gateway to Arctic adventures. On arrival, settle into your Lapland hotel and prepare for a magical afternoon at the Santa Claus Village, a festive Arctic Circle destination where you can meet Santa himself, cross the actual Arctic Circle line, and send postcards from the official Santa Claus Post Office. Wander through charming snow lined streets, browse Christmas shops, and enjoy a warm lunch at a local café in the village. Later, return to the town and take a stroll through the city center before dinner. Keep your evening free for an optional Northern Lights tour, where you’ll chase this incredible natural spectacle in Lapland’s pristine winter skies.

Day 3

Arctic Adventures – Husky & Reindeer Activities

Today is all about immersive Arctic fun. After breakfast, visit a traditional husky farm where you’ll enjoy exhilarating sled rides through snowy forests; the energetic huskies make this a memorable and heart pounding experience. Later, head to a reindeer farm where you can interact with these iconic Arctic animals and glide through the snow on a gentle reindeer sleigh ride — a classic Lapland experience. After lunch, explore more of Rovaniemi’s winter landscape or return to Santa Claus Village for deeper exploration, shopping, or optional activities like snowmobiling. This evening, you can choose to relax in a sauna (a key part of Finnish culture) or join another night time Aurora hunt for a chance to see the dancing lights again.

Day 4

Snow Fun and Arctic Culture

Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel, then set off to experience more Lapland delights. You might choose a snowmobile safari across frozen lakes and pine forests, or a scenic sleigh ride with a local guide. In the afternoon, make time to visit the Arktikum Museum & Science Centre in Rovaniemi — a fantastic museum dedicated to Arctic life, Sámi culture, and the science of northern lights and polar regions. There’s also the option to join winter walks, cross country skiing, or try ice fishing on a frozen lake. Day 5

Return to Helsinki & then fly to Dubai

On your final day, you’ll have breakfast and check out of your hotel before transferring to Rovaniemi Airport for your return flight to Helsinki. In Helsinki, depending on your international flight schedule, you may have a short time to grab lunch or do light souvenir shopping at the airport. Then board your connecting flight back to Dubai, carrying magical memories of snowy vistas, Arctic adventures, and Finnish hospitality.

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
