a cruise on the Vltava River and time in the Swiss Alps near Lucerne. The route
also features Strasbourg in Alsace, Rouen in Normandy, and a ferry crossing of
the English Channel. The experience ends in Amsterdam after visiting
traditional Dutch villages. With guided sightseeing and leisure time
throughout, the itinerary offers a broad and engaging introduction to Europe’s
cultural and architectural heritage.
Day 1

ROME
Welcome to Rome. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to
your hotel. Later, the guide will meet you and share important information
about the tour. You can also check the details on the information board at the
hotel reception. In the evening, enjoy an included transfer to Via Cavour, a
lively area that offers a great first glimpse of the city. You will find many
restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese, and international cuisine. Return
to the hotel after time at leisure.
Day 2

ROME
This morning, enjoy a three-hour guided tour of Rome,
combining a walk through Imperial Rome with a panoramic coach ride. See major
landmarks including the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum, and
the Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of
Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo. The visit
ends in Vatican City around 11:00 am, with an optional tour of the Vatican
Museums and Sistine Chapel available. In the evening, enjoy an included transfer
to the lively Trastevere area before returning to the hotel.

ROME – FLORENCE
Day 4

FLORENCE – VENICE
Travel across the Apennines, enjoying the mountain scenery
along the way. On arrival in Venice, take a boat across the Giudecca Canal to
the island. With a local guide, visit St. Mark’s Square and learn about its
historic importance. Continue to a Murano glass factory to observe traditional
glassmaking techniques. Afterwards, you will have free time to explore the area
at your own pace. Later, transfer to the Mestre district for an overnight stay.
Day 5

VENICE – INNSBRUCK – ZURICH
Depart Venice and travel toward Austria. On arrival in
Innsbruck, enjoy time to walk through the historic town center and have lunch
at your convenience. Later, continue the journey through the scenic Tyrolean
landscapes while crossing into Switzerland. Arrive in Zurich by evening and
transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6

ZURICH – LUCERNE – ZURICH
Set out to experience Switzerland’s striking mountain and
lake scenery in the Interlaken region. Stop at Grindelwald for coffee before
taking the included cable car up the mountain. Walk along the path to the
suspended bridge, where those who wish can cross for impressive glacier views.
Enjoy an included lunch on the mountain before descending. Continue to Lucerne,
known for its picturesque setting, with time to look around the town. Later,
return to Zurich. An optional excursion to Mount Titlis may be offered by the
guide.
Day 7

ZURICH – STRASBOURG – PARIS
Leave Zurich and travel into the Alsace region of France.
Stop in Strasbourg, the regional capital known for its mix of French and German
character, and enjoy time to walk through the city and see its highlights.
Later, continue the journey toward Paris. Arrive in the evening and transfer to
the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 8

PARIS
Today, discover France’s royal heritage with a visit to the
Palace of Versailles, known for its grand design and extensive gardens.
Admission is not included. On the return to Paris, explore Montmartre, the
city’s artistic quarter, famous for its painters and cabaret culture. Later,
join a panoramic tour with a local guide to see the capital’s main avenues and
landmarks. After the visit, return to the hotel. In the evening, an optional
variety show is available for those interested.
Day 9

PARIS – ROUEN
Begin the day in central Paris with a visit to the Eiffel
Tower, including access to the second floor. Later, enjoy a relaxing cruise on
the Seine. The afternoon is free for you to spend time in the city as you wish.
Around 4:00 pm, travel to the Normandy region and arrive in Rouen. You will
have time to walk through its historic center, known for medieval streets and a
notable Gothic cathedral.
Note: Eiffel Tower timing may change if queues are long.
Day 10

ROUEN – ENGLISH CHANNEL – CANTERBURY – LONDON
Spend some time walking through the centre of Rouen before
heading toward northern France. Cross the English Channel by ferry and arrive
in Canterbury, known as the religious capital of England, with time to see its
historic core. Continue onward to London. On arrival, enjoy free time around
the Tower Bridge area, one of the city’s best known landmarks, before
transferring to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 11

LONDON
Explore London with a local guide on a panoramic city tour
that highlights the capital’s history and culture. See major landmarks such as
Parliament, the River Thames, and Buckingham Palace, where the Changing of the
Guard may be seen depending on the schedule. In the evening, meet in Piccadilly
and walk through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, areas known for their
lively atmosphere and theatres. Enjoy time to choose a restaurant for dinner
before returning to the hotel.
Day 12

LONDON – COLCHESTER – VOLENDAM FERRY
In the morning, visit the British Museum, one of the world’s
oldest museums. Later, head to Camden, known for its lively street market,
where you will have free time for lunch and browsing. Around 4:00 pm, travel to
Colchester, England’s oldest recorded town, and enjoy a short walk through its
historic streets. Continue to Harwich to board the overnight ferry to the
Netherlands, staying in en suite cabins.

cabin availability.
Day 13

COLCHESTER – VOLENDAM FERRY – VOLENDAM – AMSTERDAM
Arrive in the Netherlands at Hoek van Holland around 8:00 am
and continue to Volendam, a charming fishing village known for its traditional
character. Later, travel to Amsterdam and join a guided city tour. See a
classic windmill view, the Rembrandt statue, the modern South District, and a
diamond-cutting demonstration at Museum Square. The visit ends with a walk into
the city center. You will then have free time to explore on your own.
Day 14

AMSTERDAM
After breakfast, the tour concludes in Amsterdam. You may
continue with your onward plans, taking with you memorable moments from your
time in Europe.
