Overview

This eight-day tour takes you through the highlights of Italy and Austria. You will start in Rome with guided tours of the Colosseum and Vatican City, followed by the art-filled streets of Florence and the canals of Venice. Next, you will travel through the scenic Alps to explore Salzburg and enjoy a beautiful lake cruise. Your journey ends in Vienna, where you will see grand palaces and historic taverns. It is a perfect blend of history, culture, and stunning landscapes.

Itinerary

Day 1

ROME

Welcome to Rayna Tours!

When you arrive, we will pick you up and take you to your hotel. Later, your guide will meet you to share important trip details. You can also find information at the hotel reception desk. In the evening, you will visit Via Cavour, where you can choose from many different types of restaurants for dinner.

Overnight in Rome.

Day 2

ROME

In the morning, you will go on a three-hour guided tour of Rome. You will see famous sites like the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus, and Castel Sant’Angelo by bus and on foot. The tour ends at Vatican City, where you can choose to visit the museums and the Sistine Chapel. Later, you will be taken to the lively Trastevere neighbourhood for dinner before returning to the hotel at 8:30 p.m.

Day 3

ROME - FLORENCE

You are heading to the "City of Canals"! After a scenic drive through the mountains, you will enjoy a boat ride into Venice. You will visit the famous St. Mark’s Square with a guide and see how beautiful glass is created at the Murano factory. Later, you will have some free time for yourself before going to your hotel.

Overnight in Florence.

Day 4

FLORENCE – VENICE

Check-out for the onward journey to Venice. Enjoy a picturesque drive through the Apennine Mountain range before arriving in the shimmering, floating city of Venice. Your adventure begins with a boat ride across the Giudecca Canal, taking you directly to Venice Island. After a guided tour of the iconic St. Mark’s Square, you’ll dive into local tradition at a Murano Glass Factory to see master craftsmen in action. Enjoy exploring Venice on your own for the rest of the afternoon. Afterward, you’ll head to the Mestre district for you stay.

Day 5

VENICE - INNSBRUCK – SALZBURG

You are heading to the Austrian mountains! After leaving Venice, you will visit Innsbruck to see its historic charm. Then, you will enjoy a beautiful drive through the mountains to Kitzbühel, a famous and pretty ski village. Your day ends in Salzburg, where you will stay for the night.

Note: If there are few travellers, we may take a train from Venice to Innsbruck.

Day 6

SALZBURG - LAKE TRAUNSEE – VIENNA

You will spend the morning in Salzburg, a city full of history and the home of Mozart. After seeing the castle, you will head into the mountains to visit the lovely town of St. Wolfgang. From there, you will go to the lake for a relaxing boat ride to see four stunning castles. To end the day, you will head to Vienna.

Day 7

VIENNA

Today, we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of this impressive city with a local guide. We’ll explore its majestic avenues, beautiful palaces, large parks and vibrant city centre. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore on your own. In the evening, we’ll include a transfer to the Grinzing district, an old wine-growing village now part of the city, known for its traditional taverns. You’ll have free time to dine in the area.

Overnight in Vienna.

Day 8

VIENNA

Once you finish breakfast, it will be time to say goodbye. Our journey ends today, but the wonderful memories you made will stay with you forever. Happy Memories!

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the booking confirmation with the flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, land voucher, and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while traveling, like a valid passport with a valid UAE residence permit, an Emirates ID card, hard copies of flight tickets, hotel & land confirmation vouchers, vaccination certificates, PCR tests if required, travel insurance, and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs., and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic, or any natural calamity leading to force majeure or lockdown in the destination, resulting in flight or hotel cancellation, will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

The total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure, failing which the services may be released.
