Overview

This eight-day tour takes you through the highlights of Italy and Austria. You will start in Rome with guided tours of the Colosseum and Vatican City, followed by the art-filled streets of Florence and the canals of Venice. Next, you will travel through the scenic Alps to explore Salzburg and enjoy a beautiful lake cruise. Your journey ends in Vienna, where you will see grand palaces and historic taverns. Important Information

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the booking confirmation with the flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, land voucher, and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while traveling, like a valid passport with a valid UAE residence permit, an Emirates ID card, hard copies of flight tickets, hotel & land confirmation vouchers, vaccination certificates, PCR tests if required, travel insurance, and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs., and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned embassy or airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic, or any natural calamity leading to force majeure or lockdown in the destination, resulting in flight or hotel cancellation, will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

The total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure, failing which the services may be released.
