Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Rome

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Later, the tour guide will meet you to provide important information about the journey, with additional details available at the hotel reception. In the evening, enjoy an orientation visit to Via Cavour, offering a great introduction to the charm and atmosphere of Rome. Indian dinner is included, and you will stay overnight in Rome.

Day 2

Rome City Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a three-hour guided tour of Rome, combining a walking tour and panoramic drive. You will see major highlights including the Arch of Constantine, the exterior of the Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla, Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant’Angelo. The tour concludes at Vatican City around 11:00 a.m., where you may opt for an optional visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. In the evening, a transfer is included to the lively Trastevere area before returning to the hotel. Indian dinner is included, with an overnight stay in Rome. Optional excursion to Naples, Pompeii, and Capri is available on request.

Day 3

Rome-Florence

Today, depart Rome and travel north through scenic landscapes to Florence. On arrival, visit Piazzale Michelangelo for breathtaking panoramic views of the city. After some free time for lunch, enjoy a guided walking tour of Florence historic center, including Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza Della Signoria. The rest of the day is free for personal exploration. Indian dinner is included, with an overnight stay in Florence.

Day 4

Florence-Venice

After breakfast, journey across the Apennine Mountains to Venice. Upon arrival, take a boat ride across the Giudecca Canal to Venice Island. With a local guide, visit St. Mark’s Square and its surroundings, followed by a visit to a Murano Glass Factory to observe traditional glass-making techniques. Enjoy free time before proceeding to the hotel in the Mestre area. Indian lunch is included, with an overnight stay in Venice.

Day 5

Venice-Innsbruck-Zurich

Depart Venice and continue to Innsbruck, Austria. Enjoy free time to explore the historic town center and have lunch. Later, travel through the beautiful Tyrolean landscapes as you cross into Switzerland, arriving in Zurich by evening. Indian dinner is included, with an overnight stay in Zurich.

Day 6

Zurich-Lucerne-Zurich

Today’s journey showcases Switzerland’s stunning natural beauty. Travel through the Interlaken region and visit the Jungfrau area, where you will have time for a coffee before taking a cable car ride. Walk along scenic paths leading to a suspended bridge with spectacular glacier views. Continue to Lucerne, one of Switzerland’s most picturesque cities, with free time to explore before returning to Zurich. Indian dinner is included, with an overnight stay in Zurich.

Day 7

Departure from Zurich

After breakfast, the tour comes to an end. You will proceed for your departure transfer, taking home unforgettable memories of your Classical Italy and Switzerland journey.

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or more before the departure date – AED 2000
30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 %
21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

Important note:

Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All the visa approval / rejections is subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
