Day 1

ROME

Welcome to Rayna Tours!

Upon arrival, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel. Once you have checked in, our guide will provide a full orientation; additional trip details can be found at the front desk. This evening, explore the lively atmosphere of Via Cavour, a street famous for its historic charm and central location.

Day 2

ROME

After a good breakfast. Spend your morning on a three-hour guided tour of Rome. You will enjoy a mix of a bus ride and a walk to see famous sights like the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, and the Circus Maximus. At 11:00 a.m., you will arrive at Vatican City. Here, you can choose to visit the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. In the evening, you will be taken to the Trastevere area, a famous place for dinner and a fun atmosphere, before going back to the hotel.

Day 3

ROME - FLORENCE

You depart Rome this morning and head north, enjoying the lovely Italian countryside. Upon reaching Florence, your first stop is the spectacular Piazzale Michelangelo, which offers a panoramic view of the skyline. After lunch, you’ll enjoy a guided walking tour through the heart of the city, often called an "open-air museum”. You’ll see the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, and more. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure, with plenty of local restaurants to choose from for dinner.

Day 4

FLORENCE – VENICE

Check-out for the onward journey to Venice. Enjoy a picturesque drive through the Apennine Mountain range before arriving in the shimmering, floating city of Venice. Your adventure begins with a boat ride across the Giudecca Canal, taking you directly to Venice Island. After a guided tour of the iconic St. Mark’s Square, you’ll dive into local tradition at a Murano Glass Factory to see master craftsmen in action. Enjoy exploring Venice on your own for the rest of the afternoon. Afterward, you’ll head to the Mestre district for you stay.

Day 5

VENICE - INNSBRUCK – ZURICH

Today, after checkout bid farewell to Italy and drive north into the heart of Austria. You’ll stop in Innsbruck, where you can explore the charming streets and grab a bite to eat. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a scenic drive through the mountains into Switzerland until we reach Zurich.

Day 6

ZURICH - LUCERNE – ZURICH

After a nice warm breakfast. Today, you explore the beautiful Swiss mountains and lakes! Visit the Interlaken region and stop in Grindelwald. After a quick coffee, you’ll take a cable car up the mountain. Take a walk to a famous suspension bridge for amazing views of the glaciers. After an included lunch on the mountain, you will visit Lucerne, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. Finally, you’ll return to Zurich.

Day 7

ZURICH - STRASBOURG – PARIS

Say goodbye to Switzerland as we journey into France’s beautiful Alsace region. Our first destination is Strasbourg, where you can explore the charming canals and half-timbered houses that reflect a mix of two cultures. You will have time to walk around and see the city. Further continue your scenic drive toward the grand finale of your tour: Paris, where you arrive in the evening. The perfect time to catch your first glimpse of the city’s sparkling lights.

Day 8

PARIS

On completion of your breakfast. You’ll start the day at the magnificent Palace of Versailles. Afterward, you head back to Paris to explore Montmartre, a charming neighbourhood filled with artists and history. To see the best of the "City of Light," a local guide will lead you on a panoramic tour of the most famous avenues and sights. The day ends at the hotel, but you can choose to join an optional evening show if you like!

Day 9

PARIS

Your morning begins in the heart of the city with a visit to the legendary Eiffel Tower. Experience Paris from a new perspective as you ascend to the second floor of this iconic iron marvel. Your tour includes admission to the second-floor observation deck, offering spectacular views across the Parisian skyline. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the "City of Light" at your own pace—whether you choose to visit the Louvre Museum, shop along the Champs-Élysées, or relax in a sidewalk café. For those seeking a bit of magic, you can join our optional transfer to Disneyland Paris for a day of adventure and thrills. Return to the hotel at your leisure or via the Disneyland transfer.

Note: If wait times at the Eiffel Tower are too long, we might reschedule the visit to a different time (or on Sunday) for your convenience.

PARIS

Child Policy:

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility
The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and are only combinable with the triple room discount:
Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalogue tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalogue tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the booking confirmation with the flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment being made.
Hotel confirmation, land voucher, and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling, like a valid passport with a valid UAE residence permit, Emirates ID card, the hard copies of the flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance, and other related documents.

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs., and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic, or any natural calamity leading to force majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Payment Terms

Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure, failing which the services may be released.
