• For reservations involving the first and second guest, adult rates will be applicable, irrespective of age. 
• Single occupancy it is 200% of the cabin Fare plus port Taxes and Gratuites 
• Prices mentioned are starting prices and subject to change at the time of confirmation
• For the 3rd & 4th adult in the cabin, cruise fare will be charged at 50%; port charges and

gratuities will be applicable at 100%. 

Passports: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates. Physical passport required at check-in.

Infants: Minimum age 6 months, with valid passport & visa. 

Special Health Needs: Passengers requiring special care must submit completed Costa “Special Needs” forms (with medical documents) within 40 days of departure. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation or extra costs. 

Pregnancy: Guests beyond the 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise are not allowed to sail. All pregnant guests must carry a medical certificate from a gynecologist confirming fitness to travel and pregnancy stage.

89 - 60 days prior to departure date: USD 70 per person
59 - 45 days prior to departure date: Full Deposit Amount
44 - 30 days prior to departure date: 25% of the cruise fare plus other charges**
29 - 08 days prior to departure date: 50% of the cruise fare plus other charges**
07 - 00 days prior to departure date
