Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

All the visa approval / rejections is subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities. 

Rayna Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline; Rayna Tours cannot be held liable for the same. 

If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.

Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.

We had a memorable family holiday in Georgia for 4 nights covering both Tblisi and Gaudari, thanks to the recommendation and meticulous planning done by Kapil from Rayna tours who was very detailed in his approach and ensured that we got the best experience in terms of accommodation, sightseeing and transport arrangements from start to finish !!

This review has come in quite late, but it truly needed a mention! This was my second time coordinating with Raju at Rayna Tours, and once again, the experience was seamless from start to finish. He was always prompt in his communication, patiently customized our Uzbekistan itinerary to suit our requirements, and ensured we received a good package at a competitive price. Considering that we were two ladies travelling on our own, he also took care to suggest suitable flight timings and travel dates, which made the journey feel more comfortable and practical. He was equally accommodating when we requested changes to the hotels and other parts of the itinerary, making the entire planning process smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Akash for the excellent pre-departure support. He shared all the essential details for our Uzbekistan trip on WhatsApp—including hotel information, local guide details, flight and train tickets, travel tips, and other important information—making everything easily accessible throughout the journey. He also reminded us of the documents we needed to carry and followed it up with a phone call to walk us through the itinerary, answer our questions, and reassure us before departure. That personal touch made us feel well prepared and confident before setting off. Thank you, Raju, Akash, and the entire Rayna Tours team for making our Uzbekistan trip so well organized and stress-free. I would happily recommend Rayna Tours to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive travel partner.

I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks for the excellent service provided by your team during our recent trip to Himachal Pradesh. The entire journey was smooth, well-organized, and truly enjoyable, leaving us with wonderful memories. Right from coordinating our travel between Delhi and Manali, as well as Bhuntar to Delhi, to arranging comfortable accommodations, everything was managed efficiently and professionally. We particularly appreciated the arrangement of separate rooms for both couples and the provision of a private vehicle, which ensured a comfortable and hassle-free experience throughout the trip. We are especially grateful for your team’s quick support when we made last-minute changes to our plans. Even after cancelling the Kheerganga trek and choosing to stay in Kasol instead, the transition was handled promptly and without any inconvenience.
