Confirmation
Vouchers & Travel Documents:
- You
will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the
payment made.
- Hotel
confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours
prior to departure
- Please
carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with
valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket,
hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if
required, travel insurance and other related documents.
- You
are requested to check in online prior to the departure
Important
note:
- Rooms and rates are subject to
availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any
point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
- Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the
check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding
charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
- All visa approvals or rejections
are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
- We act as facilitators for making
travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of
customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned
Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
- As a travel company, we are not
responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
- Cancellations due to any natural
calamity a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or
lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be
subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain
a maximum refund.
