1. Shortly after completing your booking, you will receive your tour confirmation voucher by email.

• Be ready 15 minutes before your reporting time; resort to safari gate pickup and drop can add 30 to 40 minutes before and after the safari, depending on the distance between your resort and the gate.
• For scheduled transfers, be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
